Mescalero Apache (NM): Leonard Velasquez has come out of retirement to take over as head coach.
Mississinawa Valley (OH): Mississinawa Valley HS is looking for a Varsity assistant for the upcoming season. Also there is a paraprofessional position available in the school. Previous HS/college coaching experience or college playing experience preferred. Great opportunity for a coach to help develop a program. We have excellent administrative support to rebuild. Ben Lippen (SC): Scott Jones, who previously served as head coach / athletic director at Lugoff-Elgin County HS for 12 years, has been named athletic director. Jones joined the program back in July of 2014 as offensive coordinator.
Ravenna (MI): Athletic director Carl Arkema has stepped down, and Orchard View HS (Muskegon, MI) assistant coach Kyle Jawor has been named athletic director.
Granite Hills (Porterville, CA): Granite Hills HS is seeking assistants on both sides of the ball. We are looking for a defensive coordinator and an offensive line coach. Full time teaching positions are available in Science and Math, Salary: $46,592 - $90,879 (2014-2015) salary schedule, year for year credit, maximum 25 years!) Mandarin (FL): Mandarin HS is looking for an assistant football coach certified in Mathematics 6-12 for an immediate opening. The coaching position is negotiable. Those interested must have a valid Florida teaching certificate or be in the process of obtaining one. Mandarin HS is in district 8A-1 and is an ‘A’ school in the southernmost area of Jacksonville.
