Video: Offensive coordinator Matt Canada mic'd up at LSU (LSU)

It's only one drill, and the video may only be a minute long, but it's easy to see why Ed Orgeron targeted Matt Canada at Pitt to be his offensive coordinator in Baton Rouge.

Canada's creativity at Pitt was on full display last season, and the fact that he schemed up two plays for one of his offensive lineman to score is the perfect testament to that.

It's hard to believe that Canada went from being dismissed at NC State after three-seasons, to Pitt, where he re-established himself as one of the top, and most creative play callers in the country, to being part of the elite $1 million-a-year coordinator club at LSU. But this video illustrates how his approach to his craft helped him climb the ranks of college football again.

In the clip, Canada runs excitedly to a drill before losing his hat, and then spends the drill coaching the quarterbacks after every single rep with a specific pointer on what he's looking for. Check out the video to experience Canada in action for LSU.
