The first time you likely had the Northwestern strength staff catch your eye was last season, when strength coach and hype man extraordinaire Alex Spanos was captured bringing some over the top energy in a rather tight fitting shirt - sometimes with sleeves, and sometimes without.
Moments like these are what I'm talking about, perhaps most notable the bottom one as the team bus pulled up to the stadium during a road trip at Illinois during a pretty cold Saturday in late November.
Over the weekend, while the Wildcats are at Camp in Kenosha, WI, this video of Spanos and a few more members of the strength crew getting after it and having some fun on a mobile rack starting making its way around.
As one of the tweets featuring the video says, "August is training camp for strength coaches too."
That's clearly the case here. (and good luck getting this tune from rattling around in your skull).
