Waconia High School in suburban Minneapolis was already having a good Friday night, leading Academy of Holy Angels 36-15 with one play left in the game.
With the game in hand both sides agreed to let Waconia special needs student Connor Holcomb score a touchdown, with both teams accompanying him to the promised land.
Here's the press box view To their credit, the AHA staff made sure Holcomb's score counted, giving Waconia a 42-15 win.
Waconia may have won the game, but everyone involved won at life on Friday night.
