Colorado: The lady former Colorado assistant Joe Tumpkin was reportedly abusing has now sued the University President, Chancellor, Athletic Director and head coach Mike MacIntyre in connection with their actions following her phone call to Mike MacIntyre in which she told him of the alleged abuse by Tumpkin.
