Missouri: Missouri's director of football operations is no longer with the program tweets Dave Matter who notes the unusual timing.
Maryland: Board of regents chair James Brady has resigned. Unrelated, Randy Edsall is most definitely not a fan of DJ Durkin.
Northeastern State (D-II - OK): Assistant head coach Rob Messinger has been named acting head coach for the rest of the 2018 season.
Dabo Swinney: Asked about his name being thrown around for the opening with the Browns, Dabo Swinney reiterated the same message he shares about every year around this time after yesterday's practice, saying "Never say never," but adding "My complete focus is on Clemson, and I hope I'm here for a long, long, long, long time."
Warner (NAIA - FL): Defensive coordinator Kirk Talley has been named head coach. The appointment comes after head coach Rod Shafer announced his retirement last week. Talley is the former head coach at University of Northwestern-St. Paul (D-III - MN), where he compiled a 112-51 record and left with the most wins in program history.
Maryland: Last night, a day after originally being reinstated but facing mounting pressure from the Maryland Governor and a congressman, Maryland fired DJ Durkin. More details, including the buyout he's due, can be read here.
Mansfield (Sprint - PA): Defensive coordinator John Evans, who has served as the team's interim head coach since January, has had the interim tag removed and will lead the program moving forward. Evans led the program to the most wins since becoming a Sprint program.
