Indianapolis Colts: Matt Rhule has turned down the Colts and will remain at Baylor, Ian Rapoport tweets.
Kansas: David Beaty's squad is set to hire Jeremy Springer as special teams coordinator per Bruce Feldman. Springer served as Texas A&M's quality control this past season.
Kansas City Chiefs: USC running backs coach Deland McCullough is interviewing for the running backs job, per Terez A. Paylor. McCullough spent 2011-16 at Indiana before coming to USC for this past season.
Alabama: Texas A&M special teams coordinator Jeff Banks is headed to Tuscaloosa per Bruce Feldman.
Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have fired running backs coach Danny Barrett per tweet from Armando Salguero who covers the team. He adds Broncos running backs coach Eric Studesville is coming in (as Alex Marvez previously reported) but Studesville might be interviewing for a different role.
Iowa State: Source tells FootballScoop former Kent State head coach Paul Haynes is expected to join Iowa State's staff. Haynes had an offer to join Cincinnati's staff as well; and potentially others we heard; but sources tell us he is expected to join the Iowa State staff now.
Carolina: The Panthers have now reached an agreement with Norv Turner to be their OC reports Tiffany Blackmon who covers the team. Joe Person confirms that Scott Turner will join the staff as well.
Cleveland Browns: The Browns have hired New York Giants receivers coach Adam Henry, signing him to a three year deal. Current Browns receivers coach Al Saunders will move into an advisory role tweets Mary Kay Cabot.
Stanford: As we reported weeks back, Stanford has now officially named Kevin Carberry offensive line coach. They also formally announced Bobby Kennedy as receivers coach and further announced defensive coordinator Lance Anderson has added title of associate head coach.
LSU: Ed Orgeron has now formally announced Jerry Sullivan as "senior offensive assistant and passing game coordinator". The long-time NFL assistant joined LSU's staff before this past season serving as a consultant. This is Sullivan's second stint with the Tigers, he also coached receivers from 1984-1990.
Baylor: Director of player personnel Evan Cooper has been promoted to Baylor's 10th assistant position. The release does not say which group he will work with.
Boston College: Director of football initiatives Antoine Smith has been promoted to BC's 10th assistant. Smith will assist with defensive line and work with special teams as well. Adam Rittenberg has also reported this.
Arizona State: Director of recruiting Donnie Yantis has been named an assistant coach (and will retain his role in recruiting as well). Yantis will serve as an offensive assistant.
Kentucky: Receivers coach Lamar Thomas will not return per source.
Cincinnati Bengals: Dallas Cowboys offensive line coach Frank Pollack has been announced as the Bengals' new offensive line coach.
Notre Dame: Assistant head coach/defensive line coach Mike Elston has been promoted to associate head coach.
Colorado: Defensive line coach Jim Jeffcoat will not return, according to BuffZone.
Mark Helfrich: Today the Bears hired Helf as their new offensive coordinator. Unrelated, news broke today that in May Oregon settled with Helf, paying him $8.1 million. It's a complicated read; but looks as if with this new deal with the Bears, he might have to give $1.7 million back to Oregon. [Nick Saban voice] "He'll be aight."
Colorado State: Source tells FootballScoop John Jancek is joining Mike Bobo's staff at Colorado State, potentially as defensive coordinator. Jancek, who was Butch Jones' defensive coordinator at Cincinnati and Tennessee, served as a consultant at Kentucky this past season after coaching safeties at South Florida for the 2016 season.
Texas Tech: Southeastern Louisiana defensive backs coach Brett Dewhurst will be Texas Tech's 10th assistant, working alongside new hire Clay Jennings with the defensive backs, sources tell FootballScoop. Will McKay of Red Raider Sports and Don Williams of the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal first reported the hiring.
Oklahoma State: Glenn Spencer will not return as defensive coordinator, according to the Pistols Firing blog. Update: The school has now announced the move. “I’m very appreciative for the 10 years of loyal service that Glenn Spencer gave to Oklahoma State,” Mike Gundy said in a statement. How might Gundy look to find his new defensive coordinator?

Rutgers: Chargers tight ends coach John McNulty will be Rutgers's offensive coordinator, according to multiple reports.
Florida State: FootballScoop reported yesterday that Mark Snyder was a strong candidate to re-join Harlon Barnett at Florida State. Snyder is indeed leaving for Tallahassee, tweets Bruce Feldman.
Northwestern: With assistant director of football operations Anthony Crespino now at SMU, sources tell FootballScoop NU plans to fill the position from within the staff.
McNeese State (FCS - LA): Should Lance Guidry wind up accepting a position at Florida State with Willie Taggart, sources tell FootballScoop former McNeese assistant Scott Stoker would be a strong candidate for the McNeese head coaching position. Stoker, who previously has served as both offensive and defensive coordinator for McNeese currently serves as linebackers coach at Louisiana Monroe.

Nebraska: Per source, Steven DeMeo has accepted an offensive graduate assistant position working with the offensive line. DeMeo worked as an offensive student assistant at UCF previously.
Trinity International (NAIA - IL): After two seasons as defensive coordinator, and three years total on staff, assistant head coach Lamont Butler has been promoted to head coach.

Georgia Southern: Linebackers coach Pat Bastien and safeties coach Olten Downs are not being retained sources tell FootballScoop.
Georgia Tech: Paul Johnson and the school have agreed in principal to a two-year contract extension, per the AJC. The extension will keep Johnson, who finished this past season 5-6, at GT through the 2022 season.
Westminster (D-III - MO): Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri is accepting applicants for a WR intern position. This will be a 10 month appointment starting ASAP. Compensation is $300 per month and free housing. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: player retention, coaching the WR position group, game planning, practice planning, managing a recruiting area, video breakdown, and other duties assigned by the head coach and offensive coordinator. Desired skills include Wide Receiver coaching and/or playing experience as well as excellent oral/written communication skills. Priority will be given to those candidates interested in a career within the coaching profession as well as experience working with Hudl, Front Rush, and various social media platforms. Dallas: The Cowboys are interviewing long-time Bengals offensive line coach Paul Alexander today tweets Ian Rapoport. Alexander was not retained by the Bengals following this season.
East Tennessee State (FCS): Randy Sanders is hiring Marcus Satterfield (OC/QBs), Steve Brown (DBs) and Matt McCutchan (OL). Additionally, he has retained Billy Taylor (DC/ILBs), Mike Rader (WRs), Gary Downs (RBs), Daryl Daye (DL/STC), Dylan Lewellyn (OLBs) and Al Johson (strength).

Kansas State: Source tells FootballScoop Akron running backs coach Eric Hickson is expected to join the Kansas State staff. Hickson, the all-time rushing leader at K-State, has been at Akron since the 2015 season. He previously coached running backs and served as recruiting coordinator at Garden City and as OC and then head coach at Emmerich Manual High School (IN).
Oakland: Former Colts running backs coach Jemal Singleton is taking a job as Raiders running backs coach tweets Ian Rapoport. Singleton coached running backs at Arkansas under Bret Bielema before leaving for the Colts opportunity.
UTSA: Frank Wilson is hiring Indiana State offensive line coach Darrell Funk source tells FootballScoop. Funk previously coached offensive line at Purdue, Michigan, San Diego State, Ball State, Colorado State and more.
Greg Schiano: Bruce Feldman relays that he's hearing of a lot of NFL interest in Ohio State DC Greg Schiano for similar roles in the league (no specific teams mentioned).
USC: Offensive quality control Bryan Ellis is being promoted to quarterbacks coach sources tell FootballScoop. Ellis played quarterback at UAB under Neil Callaway (currently USC's offensive line coach) and served as receivers coach / passing game coordinator with Tyson Helton at Western Kentucky before heading to USC before the 2017 season.
South Carolina: Marcus Lattimore is joining Will Muschamp's staff as director of player development, per The State. Lattimore spent the last two seasons coaching at Heathwood Hall (SC), the last year as an assistant on the Varsity staff.
Tennessee Tech (FCS): Former Hendersonville HS (TN) head coach Bruce Hatfield has been named linebackers coach.
Florida: The Gators have announced roles for their ten assistant coaches as follows; Todd Grantham (DC), Billy Gonzales (co-OC / WRs), John Hevesy (co-OC / OL), Brian Johnson (QBs), Greg Knox (RBs / STC), Ja'Juan Seider (TEs), Sal Sunseri (DL), Christian Robinson (LBs), Charlton Warren (corners), and Ron English (safeties).
Iowa Central CC (JC - IA): Jesse Ornelas, former running backs coach and recruiting coordinator at Independence CC (JC - KS) will now be the linebackers coach and recruiting coordinator at Iowa Central, per source.
Glenville State (D-II - WV): Per source, offensive line coach Trevor Mendelson has been promoted to offensive coordinator. Mendelson spent 2 years on staff at Marshall as an offensive graduate assistant prior joining the Glenville State staff. He replaces Matt Randall, who has left the program to pursue other opportunities.
Arizona Cardinals: Per ABC15, Vikings offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur has emerged as the favorite to land the Cardinals head coaching job. The report adds that Panthers defensive coordinator Steve Wilks is just behind Shurmur at the top of the Cardinals' list.
Florida: The Gators have formally announced the addition of Ron English as an assistant coach. English coached the safeties for Dan Mullen at Mississippi State.
Liberty (FCS): Aaron Wilkins has been promoted from defensive line graduate assistant to defensive assistant. His specific position will be announced later. We understand the graduate assistant position has already been filled.
Notre Dame: Bruce Feldman tweets to expect Boston College run game coordinator / offensive line coach Justin Frye to get consideration for the recently opened Notre Dame offensive line job.
Green Bay Packers: Corners coach Joe Whitt has been elevated to defensive passing game coordinator, per Tom Silverstein.
Raiders: The Raiders have reached an agreement with Alabama defensive backs coach Derrick Ansley to join their club coaching the secondary sources tell FootballScoop. Ansley had previously agreed to become defensive coordinator at Colorado State but that deal is off now we are told.
Chicago: The Bears have hired Mark Helfrich as offensive coordinator tweets Adam Schefter.
Arizona: Sources tell FootballScoop Rick Neuheisel and Neal Brown are no longer candidates for the position.
Western Kentucky: According to Chad Bishop who covers WKU football, WKU athletic director Todd Stewart spoke with Mike Sanford and there is no truth to the report of him as a major candidate at Arizona and that "he is committed to the WKU job and excited about the future."
Chicago Bears: Adam Hoge tweets that there have been talks between the Bears and former Oregon head coach Mark Helfrich about the offensive coordinator job.
Arizona: Western Kentucky head coach Mike Sanford has emerged as a "major candidate" for Arizona's head coaching opening, according to Jason Scheer. Scheer adds that while he can't confirm Sanford has an offer, he does believe he is a finalist for the job and also adds that Kevin Sumlin is still a candidate, but money has likely been the biggest obstacle standing in the way.
NC State: Source tells FootballScoop that Joe Scelfo has accepted a graduate assistant position working with the defensive line at NC State. Scelfo played at South Alabama and NC State.
East Central Oklahoma (D-II): Per source, Kris McCullough, a former Henderson State (D-II - AR) student assistant and Fairmont State (D-II - WV) running backs coach, is joining the staff and will coach the quarterbacks.
Howard Payne (D-III - TX): Fomer Texas A&M quality control and UTEP nickel and safeties coach Weston Glaser has been hired as the program's new defensive coordinator.
Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA - SD): Dakota Wesleyan University is reopening their search for a graduate assistant to work with the defensive line. This position will be asked to develop defensive schemes and game plans, conduct position meetings, video editing, breakdown, and exchange of video using HUDL, along with other duties determined by the athletic department and head coach. This position comes with a 2/3 tuition remission, $1,500 stipend per year, and 100 meals per semester. The successful applicant must be accepted into the Master of Arts in Education program and pass a background check before being offered the position. Applicants must be able to start March 1st.
