Louisiana Monroe: Source tells FootballScoop ULM is expected to fill the tight ends / special teams role by hiring Tyler Bolfing from McNeese State.
Marshall: Source tells FootballScoop Louisiana Monroe tight ends / special teams coordinator Kyle Segler has accepted the same position at Marshall.

Jerry Kill: The former Northern Illinois and Minnesota head coach has been named athletic director at Southern Illinois (FCS). Kill last coached as the offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach at Rutgers in 2017 before having to step away due to health issues. See AD Scoop for more details.
Oakland Raiders: The team has announced the additions of Brentson Buckner (DL), Taver Johnson (assistant DBs), John Morton (senior offensive assistant), AJ Neibel (head strength and conditioning), and Kirby Wilson (RBs). Buckner coached the defensive line for the Bucs last year, Johnson coached the corners and coordinated special teams at Ohio State last season and coordinated the defense at Temple in 2017, Morton most recently worked with the Jets in 2017 as offensive coordinator, Niebel was with the Jags the past two seasons as an athletic performance specialist, and Wilson coached the running backs with the Cardinals last year.
Cincinnati Bengals: The Saints plan to block the Bengals from interviewing secondary coach Aaron Glenn for the defensive coordinator job, Ian Rapoport tweets.
BYU: The program has now announced the addition of Eric Mateos as their new offensive line coach.
Akron: Kent State cornerbacks coach Jonathan Cooley has accepted a position on Tom Arth's Akron staff, per source.
North Texas: The program has officially announced Bodie Reeder as offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach.

Idaho State (FCS): Per source, Mike Philipp has been hired to coach the offensive line. Philipp previously served as a graduate assistant at Nebraska.
Georgia Southern: Georgia Southern University is currently seeking applicants for the offensive line graduate assistant position. This individual must be able to gain acceptance into graduate school and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Butler CC (JC - KS): Butler Community College, has an opening for a DFO / Director of Graphic Design. This is a paid, entry-level position, with no benefits. Dorm room and meals are provided. Job responsibilities include: Creating and designing graphics for recruiting, social media, and hard copy graphics for promotional purposes. The candidate will also assist with in-season travel & meals, & and assist with the game-day recruiting experience. Applicants must be proficient with Photoshop or similar editing software. NCAA: Ten months after loosening the standards for Division I transfers to receive immediate eligibility, the NCAA will now take a second look at those guidelines.

Oregon: The school has officially announced that a mutual decision was reached between defensive coordinator Jim Leavitt and that he could receive a buyout of $2.5 million, offset by future employment.
San Jose CC (JC - CA): Andy Gonzalez, the run game coordinator / offensive line coach from Scotts Valley HS (CA), has been hired as offensive coordinator / offensive line coach, per source. Tim Duran, former offensive line coach at Cabrillo (JC - CA) is joining the staff as assistant offensive line coach ./ tight ends coach.
Wayne State College (D-II - NE): Wayne State College has an immediate opening for one graduate assistant coach. The Graduate assistant’s primary coaching responsibilities will be working with wide receivers and special teams. Previous coaching/playing experience is required. The position requires a highly motivated person to assist with the implementation of practices, evaluation of prospective student athletes, off and on campus recruiting, scouting opponents, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. Applicants must qualify for the State of Nebraska defensive driving certificate. Graduate Assistantships are granted based on acceptance into Graduate School at Wayne State College. This is a 10 month reporting position with a $650.00 stipend per month ($6,500 total) and tuition waiver for the academic year. Texas Tech: North Texas outside receivers coach Joel Filani will be the new outside receivers coach for Texas Tech, per 247. Filani was an All-Big 12 receiver at Texas Tech under Mike Leach, and prior to joining the UNT staff, worked in a quality control role at Washington State under Leach.

Michigan: Michigan will pay Pep Hamilton his base salary through June 30th, according to MLive. Hamilton formally resigning back on February 4th, per MLive, who adds that the payments are about $83,000 per month, and will come out to more than $400,000 total.
South Dakota State (FCS): Per source, offensive line coach Jason Eck is being promoted to offensive coordinator.
Florida: Late last night, FootballScoop shared that defensive coordinator Todd Grantham had decided to remain in Gainesville after being a strong candidate for the defensive coordinator job with the Bengals.

Nebraska Kearney (D-II): Drew Thatcher has joined the program as quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator after spending the past seven seasons at New Mexico Military Institute (JC). Head coach Josh Lynn will continue to serve as the primary play caller.
Oregon: Last night, a report surfaced that defensive coordinator Jim Leavitt wouldn't be returning to the staff, and his replacement would come from within.
Slippery Rock (D-II - PA): Slippery Rock University is seeking a part-time coach to coach the Defensive Backs. Previous playing experience is required and previous coaching experience is preferred. This position will be given the title of Defensive Backs Coach along with full responsibility of the development of that position as well as a recruiting territory. Compensation is $10k. Eastern Kentucky (FCS): Eastern Kentucky University is seeking unpaid Quality Control Assistants for: Offense, Defense, Special Teams, Recruiting/Operations, and Equipment. In the past year, previous quality control assistants have obtained jobs at the FBS and FCS levels. In these positions, you will gain tremendous experience and knowledge in working with the most tradition-rich Division I FCS football program (21 conference championships, 21 playoff appearances, 2 national championships, 59 All-Americans). The person in these positions will primarily be responsible for assisting a member of the staff with all aspects of their duties. You will also assist with on-campus recruiting activities, all team events, and other duties assigned. Knowledge of video editing, strong communication skills, and computer skills are preferred. Experience with Adobe software is preferred for the recruiting position. Applicants will be required to successfully complete an interview and background check. UAB: Richard Owens (OL) and Jay Simpson (corners) have been announced as the latest additions to Bill Clark's staff. Owens most recently worked with the tight ends and director of on-campus recruiting at Louisville, and Simpson is being promoted after serving in a defensive analyst role last season.
