Carolina Panthers: Jerry Richardson will put the club up for sale after this season, the club announced Sunday night. The team's founding owner, Richardson joined former Bears owner George Halas as the only men to play in the NFL and own a team. Richardson has come under investigation of later following reports of sexual impropriety with female employees and the use of a racial slur toward another employee.

Jackson State (FCS): Hal Mumme will come aboard as offensive coordinator, according to the Jackson Clarion-Ledger. Mumme will keep his daily radio show, according to a tweet from Bruce Feldman.

Tennessee: "Austin Thomas will not be a part of the University of Tennessee football staff. That will not happen," Doug Matthews said on Nashville's Big Orange Sunday radio show today. Bruce Feldman tweeted the same, saying Thomas and the Vols could not agree on his title and responsibility. Thomas formally resigned from his post as LSU's general manager to join Tennessee's staff last week.

Bill Cowher: Amid rumors of a possible return to coaching, namely with the Giants, Cowher told the New York Post that he has no interest in coaching the Giants, or any NFL team for that matter. He shared that, "It's not even about a team, it's about a lifestyle," and later noted that he's very, very comfortable with the phase of life he's currently in.

Arizona Cardinals: The organization is internally preparing for a coaching search in the event that head coach Bruce Arians decides to retire at the end of the season, per a report from Jason La Canfora. The Cards are currently 6-7 and sitting at 3rd place in the NFC West. Arians is 56-32 overall as a head coach, and has battled some health issues, including cancer, the past few seasons.

Cincinnati Bengals: Marvin Lewis is planning on leaving the Bengals at the end of the season to pursue opportunities elsewhere after 15 years in Cincinnati, per a report from Adam Schefter. Read more here.

East Tennessee State (FCS): We reported last night Randy Sanders is leaving Tallahassee to become new head coach at East Tennessee State source tells FootballScoop.

Independence Community College (KS): Independence Community College is immediately seeking qualified applicants for several defensive positions. #1, Assistant Defensive Line/DE Coach. You will work with the Defensive Line Coach, and coach the DE’s. #2 Assistant LB Coach, you will work with the LB’s and assist the LB Coach along with the Run game fits. #3 DB Assistant, you will coach either the Corners or Safeties and assist the DC/Head Coach. If selected you will report to the head football coach/Defensive coordinator and duties will include video breakdown of games, self-scout breakdown, opponent scouting, on the field coaching and recruiting with additional duties assigned by the head coach. Central Arkansas: In addition to Ken Collums at offensive coordinator, source tells FootballScoop Ryan Howard (receivers) and Gunnar Boykin (offensive line) are being retained and Brooks Hollingsworth will coach the tight ends.
