Kansas City: The contracts for director of football administration Trip McCracken and director of pro scouting Will Lewis are not being renewed, per Field Yates.
Buffalo Bills: Brian Gaine is leaving his post as the director of player personnel with the Texans to become the VP of player personnel with the Bills, per Alex Marvez.
Charlie Weis: Notre Dame paid former head coach Charlie Weis $18,967,960 as part of his buyout after being fired in 2009, according to Paul Myerberg and USA Today. Matt Fortuna points out that in 2015, Brian Kelly made $1.645 million, former defensive coordinator Brian VanGorder made $1.14 million, and AD Jack Swarbrick earned $3.11 million.
Minnesota: PJ Fleck's assistants will earn $3.2 million, per the Star-Tribune. Salaries are as follows; DC Robb Smith ($700k), OC Kirk Ciarocca ($700k), OL coach Ed Warinner ($375k), WRs coach Matt Simon ($220k), TE coach Brain Callahan ($220k), RBs coach Kenni Burns ($220k), DBs coach Maurice Linguist ($350k), DL coach Bryce Paup ($220k), and STC Rob Wenger ($230k).

New England Patriots: Bruce Feldman reports that Chattanooga (FCS - TN) outside linebackers coach DeMarcus Covington is joining the Patriots defensive staff. Covington spent the 2016 season as the co-defensive coordinator / defensive line coach at Eastern Illinois.
Buffalo Bills: Joe Schoen, the director of player personnel for the Dolphins, has joined the Bills as assistant GM.
El Camino Copton Center (JC - CA): El Camino College Compton Center is accepting applications for an Volunteer Runningback coaching position. In addition to RB duties, candidate will also be required to: coordinate a special teams unit, assist in film breakdown, recruit locally, and assist with s&c. Preferred candidate has successful experience coaching at the high school or preferably the college level. NO STIPEND, BENEFITS, TEACHING POSITIONS, RELOCATION, or HOUSING ASSISTANCE available. Ideal candidates are local candidates who are familiar with JC football and our recruiting area. Offensive Assistant, must be available to start in June 2017 or earlier. Must have transportation and be proficient in with computers and AV equipment. Primary duties will be scouting, managing hudl, and assisting the offensive coordinator with game planning.
