Justin Juenemann will never be a leader for Minnesota on the field.
A 6-foot-nothing, 175-pound kicker from Phillipsburg, Kan., Juenemann redshirted in 2013 and has not seen game action in any of the three seasons since.
Still, as P.J. Fleck explained in his P.J. Fleck-ian way, Juenemann earned a scholarship because of the leadership he showed off the field... and he was the last person in the room to suspect he'd leave the room as a scholarship athlete.
