Report: Another NFL team may be preparing a run at Jim Harbaugh (Jim Harbaugh)

Today, Mark Dominik - who has 20 years of experience in NFL scouting and front office positions and is the former GM of the Tampa Bay Bucs - shared that one other team may be making a run at the Michigan man.

The Miami Dolphins, owned by Michigan Business School graduate Stephen Ross, are that other team, Dominik shared. The franchise moved on from the Adam Gase era after three seasons where he was never able to duplicate the 10-win success he had in year one, and Dominik's belief is that it would be hard to fire a guy like Gase, who many believe has a tremendous updside, without "a plan already in place."

Harbaugh has won at least ten games in three of his four seasons at his alma mater, and is 38-14 overall, but has also struggled against rivals Michigan State and Ohio State, and is winless against the Buckeyes as Urban Meyer hands the keys in Columbus to Ryan Day. The Wolverines are also entering an off season after struggling in their final two games against both the Buckeyes, and in their bowl game against Florida - which marked his third straight bowl loss in four trips with Michigan.

At all of his previous head coaching stops (San Diego, Stanford, San Francisco 49ers and Michigan), Harbaugh has never stayed anywhere more than four seasons. A return at Michigan would buck that trend.

With the Jets and Dolphins reportedly ready to make a run at Harbaugh, and the Wolverines coach adamant that he's not going anywhere, this could be an interesting off season.
