Arkansas State: Scotty Conley will join the same as assistant AD of football operations, sources tell FootballScoop. Conley previously served as the DFO and director of high school relations at North Texas.
Tennessee: Per source, Brandon Sheppard has accepted a job as assistant director of football operations at Tennessee. Sheppard previously worked as the director of the national select 7-on-7 program with USA Football.
