Green Bay Blizzard (Indoor): The Green Bay Blizzard are looking for a Football Operations Assistant. Salary range for the job is between $2k-$3k and includes housing. The Football Operations Assistant will be responsible for driving and coordinating the movement of the team van. The team van is used to transport players to and from practices, meals, medical appointments, etc. The Football Operations Assistant will also serve as the Resident Monitor at the team's housing during the season. The Football Operations Assistant will work directly with our Recruiting Coordinator. Recruiting duties for this position will include managing our Emergency Prospect List throughout the season. Managing the Emergency List includes but is not limited to maintaining communication with player agents and pro liaisons at all FBS and FCS schools as well as the prospects themselves. All candidates must be at least 25 years of age due to the insurance requirements of operating the team vehicle. This position is not included in our full-time staff structure. This is a 5-month position (Feb. 1, 2018 through June of 2018. If post-season play is reached, the salary will be prorated for each additional week).
