Following their 22-13 win over the Houston Texans today, the Colts decided to part ways with head coach Chuck Pagano.
In the locker room after the game, before he was aware of the organization's decision, Pagano got a chance to address the team for what would be his last time.
It was an emotionally charged talk, in which he tells players in staff that he's so proud of them that if he doesn't coach another game, or another down, he's "good."
