Florida: Laird Veatch has been named executive associate AD for internal affairs at Florida. Veatch spent the past five-yeras in administration at Kansas State, most recently as the deputy AD, and then interim AD.
Houston: AD Hunter Yurachek has announced his athletics cabinet -- senior associate AD for student-athlete development/SWA DeJuana Chizer, senior associate AD for resource generation Marvin Julich, senior associate AD for finance and human resources Jeff Collier, senior associate AD for compliance, academics and financial aid Lauren DuBois, senior associate AD for event operations Bruce Gregory, senior associate AD for capital projects T.J. Meagher, and senior associate AD for strategic communications and digital media David Bassity.
AAC: Commissioner Mike Aresco has signed a contract extension through the 2021-22 academic year.
