Three teams were big winners in NFL schedule release (SChedule Release)

Last night, as news of the NFL schedule was being released, I couldn't help but wonder be in awe of the transformation of how we, as a society, consume content has changed so much over the past decade.

Ten years ago, the schedule would be rolled out exclusively on NFL Network during a three-hour event, as well as NFL.com, where the network would hype some games, players, fantasy guys to watch for, and everything in between.

Seems kind  wild, right? Well here's a look at the teaser for the release show from 2012 that lays out exactly that.

Fast forward to last night, and teams are releasing their schedules on their own terms, using varying degrees of creativity and a whole lot of humor to capture the attention of football fans everywhere.

A number of teams did an outstanding job, but three teams really stood in my opinion.

First up, the Jaguars who capitalized on the "NFL is scripted" talk that dominated the tail end of last year:

Next up is the Titans, who had non-football folks strolling downtown Nashville's Broadway strip take a stab naming NFL teams on Tennessee's schedule.

The result was hilarious.

This one was so good, the Falcons changed their name on Twitter to the Red Stallions.

Finally, we have the Chargers who went with an anime theme and their clip features Mike McDaniel vaping, a gambling warning for the Lions, and continue to come up with creative diss after diss for every team on their schedule.

Honorable mention:

Lions - This one might belong in the top three the more I think about it...

Bears - Mainly because I'm a big fan of the show.
