Sad news to share - Former Montana head coach Don Read died today at age 90. Read lead Montana to the National Championship in 1995. Read also served as head coach at Portland State, Oregon and Oregon Tech. Please keep the Read family in your prayers. Thank you. 

Old Dominion: Tennessee analyst David Weeks is expected to become tight ends coach at ODU 247 is reporting. 

Charlotte: University of North Carolina defensive analyst Ty Greenwood is expected to join the staff as corners coach sources confirm to FootballScoop. Agent 49 first reported the news. 

Temple: Sources confirm to FootballScoop Stan Drayton is promoting corners coach Dominique Bowman to defensive backs coach. Bowman, a former AFCA 35 under 35 winner, previously coached the full secondary at both UT Martin and Austin Peay and has coached corners at both Marshall and Arkansas. 

Ball State: Running backs coach Joey Hecklinski is leaving to become head coach at Goshen (IN) High School. 

Arkansas: Missouri State co-OC Ronnie Fouch is expected to become receivers coach at Arkansas sources confirm to FootballScoop. Fouch and Bobby Petrino have worked together at Louisville and Missouri State. The 247 team first shared the news. 

Northeastern State University (D-II - OK): Northeastern State is seeking to hire a defensive backs graduate assistant coach. Candidates will work directly with our Defensive Coordinator. Interested applicants can email Junior Tanuvasa at coachjune26@gmail.com

UT - Rio Grande Valley (FCS): Sources tell FootballScoop Valdosta State offensive line coach Mike Barela is expected to join the UTRGV staff as tight ends coach. 

Northwestern: Sources tell FootballScoop David Braun is eyeing the nation's top FCS offensive coordinator for the same role at Northwestern. 

Colorado State: Chuka Noulue has joined the program as defensive line coach after two seasons at New Mexico State in the same role.

Memphis: Linebackers coach Jordon Hankins has been promoted to defensive coordinator. He takes the place of Matt Barnes who left for a position at Mississippi State.

Duke: Gabe Infante has been officially announced as special teams coordinator / assistant head coach / defensive tackles coach.

UTEP: Scotty Walden has announced the addition of Chad Johnson as director of Texas recruiting. Johnson most recently worked at Willis HS (TX) as their recruiting coordinator and defensive line coach, and has previous stops coaching throughout The Lone Star State in various roles.

Tulane: In addition to Carter Sheridan (WRs) and JJ McCleskey (CBs) that we shared yesterday were being retained by Jon Sumrall, offensive line coach Dan Roushar is also expected to remain on staff, Matt Zenitz shares.

UCLA: Ikaika Malloe, who worked with the defensive line and outside linebackers last season, has been officially announced as the Bruins new defensive coordinator. He takes over for D'Anton Lynn who took the same position at USC.

South Carolina: Sources tell FootballScoop South Carolina and running backs coach Montario Hardesty are parting ways after three seasons.

Westminster (D-III - MO): Lake Forest (D-III - IL) associate head coach / defensive coordinator Luke Butts, who was recently named a finalist for the FootballScoop Division III Coordinator of the Year award, has accepted the head coaching job.

Kutztown (D-II - PA): Kutztown University of Pennsylvania has two Part time openings on the Defensive staff. Looking to Preferably hire individuals with DB and Special Teams experience. Coach will be responsible for coaching their own position group and assisting the coordinator and head coach in all areas of the program. Lake Forest (D-III - IL): Lake Forest College is currently accepting applications for an assistant coaching position, with possible coordinator responsibilities. Phone call applications or requests for information will not be allowed. Wagner (FCS - NY): Wagner is looking to hire three graduate assistant positions. One is in Video/Equipment, one is offensive GA / position coach, and the third is a defensive GA / position coach. Gardner-Webb (FCS - TN): Tyler Johns, who served as Cris Reisert's offensive coordinator at Tiffin (D-II - OH) last season, has joined the Gardner-Webb staff in the same capacity.

Harvard (FCS - MA): Harvard is looking to fill the position of Assistant Defensive Line Coach. Applicants must have three years coaching experience as well as leadership skills, ability to multi-task, and experience in multi-dimensional D-1 year-round national recruiting. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, college football staff experience with strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and digital skills. West Georgia (D-II): The program is set to add another coach from the Ole Miss staff, sources tell FootballScoop.

Simpson (D-III - IA): Simpson football is seeking a defensive assistant working with DBs or LBs. Prior coaching or playing experience with the defensive secondary is preferred. Montana State-Northern (NAIA): Montana State-Northern invites applicants for a full-time Offensive Coordinator/QB-RB coach with the potential to take on additional titles (Recruiting Coordinator). Must have significant coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level or high school level.Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes full benefits as well as housing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to offensive unit development, offensive game planning, recruiting, positional coaching, academic and social conduct mentoring. Successful candidate will also be responsible to assist the head coach in all facets of the football program. Southeast Missouri State (FCS): Southeast Missouri State is seeking applicants for an Offensive Graduate Assistant coaching Offensive Line. Responsibilities include assist in the coaching of the offensive line, recruiting, film breakdowns and other duties assigned by the head coach/offensive coordinator. Experience playing offensive line at the college level is preferred. This position includes Graduate tuition waiver and $1,100/month stipend. A 2.75 gpa is required and the starting date is immediately. Interviews will be conducted at the AFCA Coaches Convention in Nashville. Kentucky: Former Murray State (FCS - KY) head coach Dean Hood, who recently announced his retirement, has accepted the director of player development job with Mark Stoops at Kentucky.

The Apprentice School (D-III - VA): The Apprentice School has two openings on staff. Positions include restricted earnings and part-time stipend positions. Responsibilities include coaching individual position group, recruiting area, and other duties assigned. Coaches with defensive line, defensive backs and Sp Teams backgrounds are encouraged to apply but also looking for the best fit. New Mexico State: Sources tell FootballScoop Tony Sanchez is promoting Ghaali Muhammad-Lankford to offensive coordinator

Columbia (FCS - NY): Garret McLaughlin, who spent the last three seasons on staff at New Hampshire (FCS), is the new special teams coordinator / defensive line coach.

Utah Tech (FCS): Ray Clark, a graduate assistant at Arizona State last season, has accepted the defensive backs job with the program.

North Carolina: Mack Brown has announced some significant staff changes for the Tar Heels.

Midwestern State (D-II - TX): Blake Frazier, the defensive coordinator at Olive Branch HS (MS), has accepted the defensive coordinator job. 

Western Illinois: Sources tell FootballScoop the Leathernecks are hiring a coordinator from a top Division II program to run their offense.

Wofford (FCS): Thomas Liebenow has joined the staff as director of football operations and equipment.

Murray State (FCS - KY): Sources tell FootballScoop defensive coordinator Dillon Sanders has been promoted to interim head coach pending Murray State's search for their next head coach. 

Duke: Rick Lyster has been announced as safeties coach, and Mitch Ciombor has joined the staff as coordinator of high school recruiting.

Eastern Michigan: Eastern Michigan has an opening for a Senior Administrative Assistant within its Football Program. This is a full-time position that is paid hourly and includes benefits. It will oversee the day to day operations of the football offices and recruiting department as well as serve as the Assistant to the Head Coach. Michigan State: The Spartans are reportedly adding a former Big Ten coordinator to the staff.

Maine Maritime (D-III): Maine Maritime Academy is seeking applicants for a restricted earnings DL coach. Coach will be responsible for coaching their own position group and assisting the coordinators and head coach in all areas of the program. The stipend pays $16,000 and includes housing. Central Methodist (NAIA): Central Methodist is seeking applicants for an Offensive Graduate Assistant coaching either Running Backs or Tight Ends. Responsibilities include coaching a position, managing a recruiting territory, film breakdowns and other duties assigned by the head coach. Experience playing at the college level is preferred. Prior coaching experience is preferred, but not required. Position includes graduate tuition waiver, and $7,500 stipend, and can start immediately. Texas A&M: Alabama wide receivers coach Holmon Wiggins is set to take the same position at A&M, sources tell FootballScoop.

St. Scholastica (D-III - MN): The College of St. Scholastica located in Duluth, MN is looking to hire a restricted earnings position. Both offensive and defensive positions will be considered. This position will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position group along with having their own recruiting areas. In addition, job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting in weekly game preparation, coaching special teams, managing equipment, taking care of facilities and any other duties assigned by the Head Coach or Coordinator. The position pays $1000 per month and meal plan. No housing or benefits. Other possible income opportunities. Position will start ASAP.
