Jacksonville: The Jaguars are hiring Sanjay Lal as receivers coach Tom Pelissero tweets. Lal spent last season as senior offensive assistant with the Seahawks.
Houston Texans: Tim Kelly is expected to remain offensive coordinator for the Texans Ian Rapoport tweets.
Middle Tennessee: Source tells FootballScoop Kansas offensive coordinator Brent Dearmon is leaving to become offensive coordinator at Middle Tennessee. Jayhawk Slant first reported the move. By contract Dearmon owes Kansas $500,000 to buy his way out of his contract. Sources tell FootballScoop MTSU is not expected to have to pay Dearmon's buyout.
Houston Texans: The Texans are planning to make David Culley their new head coach the NFL Network guys are reporting. Culley has served as John Harbaugh's assistant head coach / receivers / passing game coordinator the past two seasons. Over the past 15+ seasons he has coached with Baltimore, the Bills, the Chiefs, Eagles, Steelers and Bucs.
Jeremy Pruitt: Well, apparently it is not the Jets; but the Giants who plan to hire Jeremy Pruitt. #GoVols
Alabama: Sources tell FootballScoop Jay Graham has agreed to join Nick Saban's staff. We originally reported on the move two nights ago. Multiple outlets in Alabama are now reporting the same.
Auburn: Source tells FootballScoop Arkansas executive director of recruiting Joshua Thompson is expected to join Bryan Harsin's staff in a recruiting / external operations role.

Florida: Source tells FootballScoop Dan Mullen plans to promote Garrick McGee from analyst to quarterbacks coach. McGee, the former UAB head coach, has served as quarterbacks coach or offensive coordinator at Louisville, Arkansas and Illinois.
SMU: Defensive line coach Randall Joyner is receiving SEC interest
Auburn: Nick Eason has been hired as defensive line coach for Bryan Harsin's staff. Eason coached the defensive line for the Cincinnati Bengals the past two seasons.
LA Chargers: Giff Smith is being retained as defensive line coach under Brandon Staley. Smith was reportedly heading to Detroit, but now looks to be staying put in LA. New defensive coordinator Renaldo Hill also mentioned a few additional members of the new staff including; former Tennessee defensive coordinator Derrick Ansley, former Rams assistant head coach / linebackers coach Joe Barry, and former Seahawks quality control coach Tom Donatell.
New York Jets: Former Vols head coach Jeremy Pruitt is working on a deal to join Robert Saleh's staff in New York, Bruce Feldman tweets. Update> Multiple reports out of New York refute this report.
Philadelphia Eagles: Jason Michael, the former offensive coordinator the Titans who coached the tight ends in Indianapolis the past two seasons, is joining the staff as tight ends coach, Tom Pelissero tweets.
Texas: Texas is hiring Jason Grooms as chief of staff, according to Inside Texas. Grooms previously held a similar post at Vanderbilt and was FootballScoop's Football Operations Director of the Year in 2013.

Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons are planning to hire Des Kitchings from South Carolina.
Arizona State: Sources tell FootballScoop Arizona State is planning to hire Mike Cavanaugh away from Syracuse.
Tennessee: Josh Heupel is getting a six year contract that pays him $4 million per year Mike Wilson tweets.
Arizona: Scott Spurrier has formally joined the Arizona staff. Spurrier has previously been on staff's at South Carolina and USF.
Michigan State: Offensive line coach Chris Kapilovic has added the role and responsibilities of assistant head coach.
Northwestern: Pat Fitzgerald has agreed to a new 10-year contract that takes him through the 2030 season.
LA Chargers: Former Steelers offensive line coach Shaun Sarrett is expected to join the Chargers staff as assistant offensive line coach, Tom Pelissero tweets.
Florida: Offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Brian Johnson is leaving for an opportunity in the NFL.
NC State: Joker Phillips has been officially announced as assistant head coach / wide receivers.
Appalachian State: Tight ends coach / recruiting coordinator Justin Watts has been elevated to assistant head coach.
Detroit Lions: Ray Agnew and John Dorsey have officially been announced as members of the team's player personnel staff. Agnew will serve as assistant general manager and Dorsey will serve as senior personnel executive.
Arizona State: VP for athletics Ray Anderson shares that he is not a candidate for the PAC-12 commissioner positions and plans to stay at Arizona State.
UCF: They need to hire an AD first; but an early look at candidates for the UCF job.
Liberty: Sources tell FootballScoop Liberty is planning to hire a former group of 5 defensive coordinator.
Vanderbilt: Clark Lea has announced the addition of Gerald "Smoke" Dixon as director of scouting. Dixon previously served on the personnel staff for the DC Defenders (XFL) and prior to that was a pro scout for four seasons with the Bills. The program has also announced additions of Andrea Cain (recruiting relations), Erica Duane (graphic designer), and Taylor Searels (on-campus recruiting coordinator).
UCF: How good is the UCF job? Really good.
Georgia: Sources tell FootballScoop Georgia has their new defensive backs coach.
UCF: Defensive coordinator Randy Shannon will serve as the interim head coach, and deputy AD for brand activation Scott Carr will serve as the interim athletic director. The focus will be on the AD position first, who will then hire the head football coach and the school is finalizing the selection of a search firm for the AD spot.

Colorado State: Sources tell FootballScoop Steve Addazio is planning to hire his new offensive coordinator away from Wisconsin.
Tennessee: Late last night sources shared with FootballScoop that the buzz was that Tennessee's search had dialed in on UCF head coach Heupel, and this morning areport shares a deal is expected to be finalized today.
SMU: FAU Defensive coordinator Jim Leavitt is planning to join Sonny Dykes' staff as defensive coordinator sources tell FootballScoop.
Cal: Cal Football is looking to fill an Offensive Graduate Assistant Position. Looking for candidates with Quarterback / Wide Receiver Experience.
