McHugh (one of the original DFO's in college football back in 1994) has led programs at Missouri (twice), Oregon, Cal, Fresno State (twice), and Washington. McHugh also coached at Eastern Michigan and with the Detroit Lions.

This position will assist recruiting in Florida, will have on the field and weight room responsibilities, among various other responsibilities assigned by the Head Coach. Upon acceptance to graduate school, there will be a $5,000/year stipend but no housing or meals. There is a $500/term fee (3 terms).
