FBS Staff Tracker: The 2020-21 FBS Staff Tracker page, where you can see how each new head coach is filling their staff, is up and running.

Congratulations to Lindsey Wilson College, Coach Chris Oliver, staff and players for their first NAIA National Championship won last night.

Mississippi Valley State (FCS): MVSU is seeking applicants for two full time Assistant Football Coaches offensively. Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach, responsibilities include assisting head coach in all aspects of a highly competitive FCS football program in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to: coordinating offensive unit, coaching offensive line, recruiting, and student- athlete development, ensuring academic success of student- athletes, practice and game planning, management of staff, rules and compliance. Bachelor’s degree required. Evidence of at least two years successful college football coaching experience at any level is required; Offensive line coaching experience REQUIRED, Offensive Coordinator experience preferred; demonstrated ability to recruit quality student-athletes. The review of resumes will begin immediately and continue until positions are filled. First consideration will be given to those resumes received by May 14th. North Dakota State College of Science (JC): North Dakota State College of Science is looking for a high energy football coach, to serve as an Assistant Coach for an Offensive Skill position. The responsibilities include coaching an Offensive position group, recruiting, and other duties assigned by the HC. You should have a willingness to develop relationships, work hard, and be eager to advance in the profession. This a 10-month position starting mid-July. Playing experience and/or coaching the Offensive side of the ball preferred. Note: For the 2021 season, there is a $6000+ stipend, along with the Housing and Meal plan. Carolina Panthers: Cole Spencer is being hired as college scouting director, Tom Pelissero tweets. Spencer previously served as a national scout for the Washington Football Team.

Michigan: Jim Harbaugh is filling his defensive vacancy with an addition from the SEC coaching ranks, per reports.

University of Chicago (D-III - IL): The University of Chicago has named Notre Dame Senior associate athletics director of culture, diversity and engagement as their new athletic director.

Kentucky: Wide receivers coach Jovon Bouknight has been arrested after being charged over the weekend with DUI and the school has shared that they are aware of it and are handling the matter internally.

New England Patriots: Former Washington Football Team area scout Matt Evans is joining the organization in a similar role, Neil Stratton tweets and adds that Evans is expected to cover the southeast.

Guilford (D-III - NC): Guilford College is seeking to hire an assistant coach on the defensive side of the ball. Experience in 3-4 defensive linebacker play is preferred. The pay for this job is a generous stipend with optional housing and some meals. No less than 1 full year of on-field coaching experience, DIII or higher, is required. University of Mary (D-II – ND): The University of Mary is looking to fill a graduate assistant coaching position (Defensive Backs). Candidates will be responsible for film editing/breakdown using HUDL, recruiting your own area, coaching your own position group, and any other duties assigned by the head coach and coordinators. Positions include a full tuition waiver, a stipend, and a meal plan of 75 meals per semester. The position start date with benefits will be in May. Susquehanna (D-III - PA): Susquehanna University is seeking applicants for Offensive and Defensive restricted earnings positions. Preferred candidates will have prior experience playing or coaching. Candidates will be responsible for coaching their own position group, on the road recruiting in a specific area, film editing/breakdown (HUDL), and all other duties assigned by the head football coach. Millikin (D-III - IL): Millikin is looking to hire an intern football coach. This position will report to the Head Football Coach. This internship is designed as a 11-month educational experience and is designed to give an individual with an interest in coaching the opportunity to hone his skill development and coaching ability in one or more position areas. The appointment is for one year, with a possible one-year renewal. Pursuing a graduate degree at a nearby university may be possible. Bachelor’s degree and college playing experience preferred. Massachusetts Maritime (D-III - MA): MMA currently has a part-time position available. Preferably an offensive skill coach would be preferred. Candidate will be responsible for coaching their own position and assisting with all facets of the program. Compensation is $5,500.00 for the season (August 1st – November 31st) local candidates are encouraged to apply.
