Kentucky: The Wildcats are planning to add Marshall tight ends coach Derek Shay in a senior analyst role.
Georgia State: Today, the program formally announced the hires of Kevin Sherrer (DC) and Jim Chaney (OC).
Virginia Tech: Gunter Brewer has joined the staff as director of high school relations. Brewer previously coached receivers at Maryland.
UCLA: The Bruins and DeShaun Foster are reportedly targeting former NFL assistant, HBCU play caller for quarterbacks job.
Western Michigan: Lance Taylor and the Broncos have completed their staff with a new defensive line coach.
Arkansas: Assistant director of player personnel Jovon Hubbard, who previously spent three seasons at Liberty under Hugh Freeze, is expected to be the new director of player personnel for the Razorbacks, 247 shares.
Tulsa: Former Ohio State assistant Corey Dennis has accepted his third job of the off season, this time in an on-the-field role working with Kevin Wilson.

Oakland City (Sprint - IN): OCU is looking to hire a head sprint football coach. The Head Sprint Football Coach is responsible for the implementation of a competitive sprint football program including coaching, recruiting, and retention of student-athletes. This role will be responsible for coaching, recruiting, fundraising, training, supervising, and retention of student-athletes. The Head Sprint Football Coach will be required to uphold compliance with all institutional policies. The head coach will report directly to the Director of Athletics. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University 3+ years of relative head coaching experience at a NAIA, or NCAA Institution preferred. 2+ years of sport-related head coaching experience. Northwestern: David Braun and Northwestern is reportedly exploring a unique setup where they wouldn't have to give up home-field advantage while the new Ryan Field is being constructed.
Virginia-Lynchburg (NCCAA): Virginia University of Lynchburg is currently seeking a Defensive Line and Defensive Backs Coach. This position includes a stipend and housing is provided. Responsibilities include all aspects of the football program, including practice organization, academic support, gameplanning, assisting defensive coordinator and recruiting. UT Martin (FCS): UT Martin Football has an immediate opening for a Quarterback Coach. This is a restricted earnings position, with housing, meals, and possibly grad tuition. Compensation level will depend on experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, lead position meetings, game script input, create scouting reports, organize playbook, scout cards, develop and encourage leadership, teamwork, mental discipline, and accountability. The selected candidate would be asked to start as soon as possible. Requirements: bachelor's degree, previous collegiate playing and/or coaching experience. UPike (NAIA - KY): Head coach Corey Fipps has been named the new athletic director and he will continue his duties as head coach. Fipps led the program to a 7-3 mark and led all of NAIA in passing yards last year, which marked his third season leading the program.
Grambling State (FCS - LA): Grambling State is currently looking for a wide receivers graduate assistant. The candidate must be eligible for graduate school, and the position includes tuition for graduate school & a monthly stipend. Housing & meals is not included. Utah Tech (FCS): Dorian Keller, who spent last season as a quality control analyst at Stanford, is the new offensive line coach at Utah Tech. Before leaving for Palo Alto, Keller had coaching stops at San Diego (FCS), Luther (D-III - IA), Idaho State (FCS) and Cal Poly (FCS).
Miami: Former standout running back Duke Johnson is joining the staff as a student assistant, Mario Cristobal shared last night.
UCLA: Longtime NFL assistant Juan Castillo is expected to take over as offensive line coach at UCLA per reports.
Miami: Per source, North Carolina Central (FCS) safeties coach Michael Sewell Jr has accepted a defensive graduate assistant position working with the defensive backs with the 'Canes.
Trinity (D-III - TX): Trinity University (DIII-San Antonio, TX) is seeking three volunteer positions for the 2024 football season- one each for offense, defense, strength and conditioning. Each role will include working hand in hand with proven coordinators, assisting with position groups, coordinating scout teams, and an introduction to collegiate recruiting. These positions include no salary or housing, but are great opportunities for young coaches seeking a high quality GA level experience.
