LSU: The Advocate reports Alex Atkins' deal is three years, beginning at $250,000 per year. 

Florida State: Catholic University associate head coach / offensive coordinator Jonathan Rutledge has joined Mike Norvell's staff as special teams analyst sources share with FootballScoop. Rut previously led or helped lead special teams at Nebraska, Auburn, Missouri, North Carolina and Memphis. 

Houston: The Texans are promoting assistant offensive line coach Cole Popovich to offensive line coach the NFL Network has reported. 

Texas: Ohio State assistant defensive line coach LaAllan Clark is joining Sark's staff as defensive ends coach Chip Brown has reported. 

Hawaii: Running backs coach Anthony Arceneaux has been promoted to offensive coordinator.

TCU: Colorado State assistant director of player personnel Anthony Cumnock is joining the TCU staff in the same capacity 247 is reporting. 

LSU: JR Belton is being promoted from director of recruiting to director of football operations sources tell FootballScoop. 247 Sports first shared the news. Belton, a former quarterback at Louisiana Tech, is considered an invaluable part of the LSU operation and a star in the profession. 

Maryland: Pep Hamilton, the former Houston Texans offensive coordinator during the 2022 season, has been officially named offensive coordinator.

Las Vegas Raiders: Ohio State offensive coordinator Chip Kelly has been formally announced as the team's new offensive coordinator.

Tennessee Titans: ESPN shares that former Bears defensive line coach Travis Smith has landed in Tennessee as the new defensive run game coordinator.

NFL: The head of the NFL Referees Association called conspiracies that his organization favors the Kansas City Chiefs "insulting and preposterous."

St. Andrews (NAIA - NC): St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, NC is seeking an offensive skill coach. Preferably RB / H-Back experience. Full Time Salary ($30k) with benefits. S.A.U. employees can take masters classes for FREE if you are interested in pursuing a masters degree. Could also be an adjunct professor (for more pay) if you currently hold a masters degree. Dayton (FCS - OH): Dayton has a graduate position open on offense. The position is flexible. 3.0+ college GPA required. Must have sound DVSport and Microsoft Visio skills. Geneva (D-III - PA): Geneva College is looking for a graduate assistant on defense. The qualifications are admittance into our Masters of Higher Education Program, a statement of your Christian faith and a resume. Chicago Bears: Former Auburn and Liberty assistant Jeremy Garrett, who spent his past season with the Jaguars, is expected to be the new defensive line coach, per CBS Sports.

North Carolina Central (FCS): Safeties coach Jesse Thompson has been elevated to defensive coordinator while Michael Sewell is joining the staff from Miami, where he was a defensive assistant, will take over the duties coaching the safeties. Also joining the staff are former Memphis special teams coordinator Charles Bankins (RBs), former UNC defensive line coach Tim Cross (DL) and Coastal Carolina senior offensive analyst Macander Dieudonne (OL).

Chicago Bears: Richard Smith, who spent the last three seasons with the Colts and has recent stops working with the linebackers with the Raiders and Chargers, is joining Ben Johnson's staff in Chicago, per Brad Biggs.

Georgia State: Florida defensive graduate assistant Troy Krutchen is expected to join the defensive staff and work with the outside linebackers, per CBS Sports.

Kansas City Chiefs: There will be no sunset for Andy Reid to ride off into on Sunday night.

Oregon State: Longtime college offensive coordinator Danny Langsdorf, who called the offense in Corvallis from 2005-13, has returned to the staff as senior quality control analyst. Lansdorf spent the past few seasons as the offensive coordinator at Temple.

Buffalo Bills: Former Packers defensive line coach Jason Rebrovich is joining the staff as assistant defensive line coach, per ESPN. He previously served as a defensive assistant with the franchise from 2013-16.

Washington Commanders: Long-time NFL special teams coach Brian Schneider is being hired as assistant special teams coordinator, per Jonathan Jones. He previously worked alongside Dan Quinn with the Seahawks.

Independence CC (JC - KS): Independence CC is looking for a QB and OL coach to join our staff. Both are paid positions and salaries are posted via each respective job description. Offensive line applicants can apply via this link. Quarterback candidates can apply here.

USC: The Trojans are flat out not playing around under new GM Chad Bowen, as sources tell FootballScoop that USC is raiding another Big Ten program for a top personnel post.

Chadron State (D-II - NE): Chadron State College has an opening for a Coaching Assistant position (Restricted Earnings). The position will be responsible for coaching skilled position on offense; organizing meetings; assist in game planning, film analysis and breakdown (HUDL), recruiting; and other duties assigned by the Head Coach or Coordinator. New York Jets: Sources tell FootballScoop an FCS assistant has landed with Aaron Glenn in New York.

Las Vegas Raiders: Broncos executive Mark Thewes is being hired as senior vice president of football operations and strategy after 16 season in Denver, most recently as VP of football operations and compliance.

Wofford (FCS - SC): Per ESPN, former Jacksonville State safeties coach Brandon Napolean is set to become the new corners coach.

Lewis & Clark (D-III - Portland, OR): Lewis & Clark College is looking for a defensive backs coach. The position will come with up to $10K stipend dependent on experience and have on campus housing for during spring ball and the fall. Preference will be given to candidates with West coast ties. Lindenwood (FCS - MO): Per source, Quincy (D-II - IL) offensive line coach Hunter Harris has accepted the tight ends job.

Las Vegas Raiders: Multiple reports share Cadillac Williams (RBs), Edgar Bennett (WRs), Mike Caldwell (LBs), Ricky Manning Jr. (CBs) and Fred Walker (assistant QBs) are not being retained.

Miami: Per multiple reports, former Jacksonville State corners coach Terry Jefferson is being added to assist with the defensive backs. Jefferson previously coached with the Hurricanes from 2020-22.

Lindenwood (FCS - MO): Lindenwood University is now accepting applications for an off-the-field Video Coordinator Volunteer Position. There is no salary, benefits, housing, or meals. This is not a coaching position. Ideal candidates must be highly organized and proficient in XOS/Catapult, PFF, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The position will also involve the breakdown of the opponent film, day-to-day operations, overseeing student filmers, and any responsibilities assigned by the head football coach or coordinators. Green Bay Packers: Tom Pelissero shares that the team is expected to promote defensive assistant Sean Duggan to linebackers coach. Prior to the position with the Packers, Duggan was a co-defensive coordinator at Boston College.

Louisville: CBS Sports shares the Cardinals are expected move director of player development, and former Louisville and NFL star receiver, Deion Branch to an on-field role as their new receivers coach. 

Jacksonville Jaguars: Cardinals pass game specialist Spencer Whipple is being added to the staff as quarterbacks coach, per Adam Schefter. Whipple spent the past six seasons in Arizona in multiple capacities under Kliff Kingsbury and Jonathan Gannon.

Virginia Union (D-II): Former Bowie State (D-II - MD) offensive line coach Quinn Brown has accepted the offensive coordinator / offensive line job, and former University of the South (D-III - TN) offensive coordinator Graham Hobbs is the new passing game coordinator / quarterbacks coach.

Fordham (FCS - NY): Steven Ciocci has been named the new offensive line coach after previously serving as the offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Bryant (FCS - RI), where he spent the last six seasons.

Syracuse: Former National Christian Academy (MD) head coach Andre Kates has joined the staff as a defensive assistant.

Delaware: Xavier Dye has been announced as the new running backs coach after previous stints working with the running backs at Coastal Carolina and also coached receivers at USF as well.

Redlands (D-III - CA): Tennessee Tech (FCS) quarterbacks coach Eric Acciani has accepted the offensive coordinator job. Acciani previously served as the offensive coordinator at Mercyhurst (D-II - PA) and was quarterbacks / pass game coordinator at Virginia Union (D-II) prior to that.

LSU: ECU general manager Noah Joseph is expected to join the staff as a defensive analyst, per CBS Sports. In addition to working at Missouri and Indiana, Joseph previously served as co-defensive coordinator at Rutgers and worked in the GM role at Purdue.

Peru State (NAIA - NE): Jakari Starling, a former player at the University of South Dakota (FCS) and Peru State, has joined the staff as a defensive assistant, per source. 

Olivet (D-III - MI): The program has announced a number of assistants that have followed new head coach Erik Ieuter from Muskingum (D-III - OH) that include Ed Reny (AHC / OL / TEs), Casey Huhn (DC / LBs), Doug Crawford (co-STC / WRs), and Doug Atkins (assistant DL). Also, joining the staff from Limestone College (D-II - SC) are Kwame Sutton (DL) and Derek William (co-STC / DBs).

New Mexico: Sources tell FootballScoop Jason Eck and the Lobos are making a splash with new GM hire.

Jacksonville Jaguars: With Liam Coen hired and off and running building a staff, the Jags have shifted their focus to their vacant GM role and multiple reports share they will interview Chad Alexander (Chargers assistant GM), Trey Brown (Bengals senior personnel executive), Ian Cunningham (Bears assistant GM), Brandon Brown (Giants assistant GM), and Mike Greenberg (Bucs assistant GM) for the role.

UT Chattanooga (FCS - TN): The Mocs are adding a defensive assistant with experience in the ACC, sources share.

Judson (NAIA - IL): Judson University, an NAIA school and a member of the Mid-States Football Association, is seeking an Offensive Line Coach. The successful candidate will have prior experience coaching this position. This is required. Judson is a faith-based school meaning the candidate must show a strong attitude of faith. West Alabama (D-II): Scott Cochran, the longtime strength coach at Alabama who would later join Kirby Smart's staff at Georgia as special teams coordinator, has landed the head coaching opportunity at West Alabama.

Texas: Tashard Choice is returning to Texas and will get a nice raise to do so.

Washington: Jedd Fisch and the Huskies have moved quickly to name their new offensive coordinator with Brennan Carroll's departure to the NFL.

Las Vegas Raiders: Pete Carroll is reportedly landing another Big Ten coordinator, and this one wasn't too tough of a sell...
