Stony Brook (FCS - NY): Western Michigan offensive coordinator Billy Cosh is set to become the new head coach, sources tell FootballScoop.
Pittsburg State (D-II - KS): Former Pitt State quarterback Mark Smith has returned to his alma mater as wide receivers coach / pass game coordinator. He joins the staff after serving as head coach at Frontenac HS (KS) the past six seasons where he compiled a 94-38 record.
Houston: Tulane defensive backs coach Josh Christian-Young is expected to join Willie Fritz in Houston, per multiple reports. Christian-Young spent the past four years with Fritz after five seasons at Army.
Texas A&M: Sources tell FootballScoop Mike Elko is planning to hire former LSU strength coach Tommy Moffitt as his new strength coach at Texas A&M.
Carson-Newman (D-II - TN): Sources confirm to FootballScoop that Navy assistant head coach / offensive line coach Ashley Ingram is set to become the new head coach at Carson-Newman. Matt Zenitz has shared the same. Ingram spent the last 16 years with the Midshipmen.
Southern (FCS - LA): Sources tell FootballScoop interim head coach Terrence Graves will be promoted to full-time head coach going forward. Graves served as special teams / linebackers this season at Southern. Prior to joining the staff at Southern, Graves served in the same capacity at Grambling.
Baylor: Dave Aranda's offensive staff makeover continues with another key hire, sources tell FootballScoop.
North Texas: Cutter Leftwich, who spent last season as a graduate assistant where he assisted with the offensive line at Oregon, has been announced as the Mean Green's new offensive line coach. Leftwich has previous stops at UTSA and UCLA as a graduate assistant as well.
Tulane: In his first day on the job, Jon Sumrall pledges to bring a national championship to Tulane.
Kent State: Tight ends coach Mark Carney is being promoted to offensive coordinator, per multiple reports. Carney previously served as offensive play caller at Charlotte before joining the Kent State staff.
Elizabeth City State (D-II - NC): Elizabeth City State University is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Offensive Coordinator. Responsibilities include but not limited to, successful recruitment of prospective student-athletes, supervision of all assistant offensive position coaches and support staff, skill instruction, practice planning, game planning, play calling, and academic support. UTEP: Pete Thamel shares that Aaron Foster is joining the staff as defensive backs coach / pass game coordinator, Seth McDonald as outside linebackers coach, and JaJuan Dulaney as tight ends coach. All three were part of Scotty Walden's staff at Austin Peay (FCS - TN).
Nebraska: Offensive line coach Donovan Raiola has received a significant pay bump taking him from a base salary of $175k to $500k and a contract extension through December of 2024. Raiola is in his third season with the program and is the uncle of a very important five-star quarterback the Huskers are pursuing.
Southern Miss: Southern Miss has hired a new defensive coordinator fresh off breakout FCS campaign.
Ohio State: Wild recruiting story to share, as a Buckeyes assistant was carjacked while on the recruiting trail.
Nevada: Jeff Choate has confirmed that Virgil Green will be retained and will coach the tight ends. Green is a former Wolf Pack tight end that was elevated to a full-time role just prior to the start of fall camp following the sudden departure of quarterbacks coach Nate Costa. Nevada Sportsnet shares that longtime Nevada assistant Jim Mastro, who served as director of football and administration on Ken Wilson's staff, will remain with the program as chief of staff.

Nevada: Boise State co-defensive coordinator / safeties coach Kane Ioane is set to be the new defensive coordinator for the Wolf Pack and will not coach with the Broncos in their bowl game, per multiple reports. Ioane previously served as Jeff Choate's defensive coordinator at Montana State (FCS).
Boise State: Spencer Danielson confirms that most of the current staff will be retained. An official announcement is expected later this week.

Northern Arizona (FCS): Per source, Pitt State (D-II - KS) running backs coach Terry Swanson has accepted the same job at Northern Arizona.
Nevada: Per source Nevada is hiring Akron receivers coach David Gilbertson in same role. Gilbertson previously served on staff at Oregon for five seasons, four as an offensive analyst. David's father is former Idado, Cal and Washington head coach Keith Gilbertson.
Willamette (D-III - OR): Montana Tech defensive coordinator Aric Williams has been named head coach.
Tabor (NAIA - KS): Tabor College is looking for applicants for a Graduate Assistant Position. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and meet the requirements for admission to Tabor’s Graduate School. Tabor College is a Christian organization and requires all potential employees to communicate a clear commitment to being a follower of Jesus. You will be responsible for working with the head coach in all aspects of developing a competitive NAIA program with some assignments for athletic administration.
