Cummings-Morrow previously served as assistant director of operations at Iowa State and as director of operations at Youngstown State. He has been serving as assistant AD at Moeller HS (Cincinnati, OH).
San Francisco: The 49ers are hiring Klint Kubiak in a passing game coordinator type role per Tom Pelissero and others.
South Florida: Newly-hired Western Kentucky wide receivers coach L'Damian Washington will instead join Alex Golesh's new staff in Tampa, sources tell FootballScoop.
Stanford: Associate AD for recruiting and football relations Mike Eubanks is leaving the program, he announced Thursday. Eubanks spent 16 years with the program.
Northern Iowa (FCS): Sources tell FootballScoop that Jeremiah Johnson, who spent last season as the defensive coordinator at Kent State, and had initially been retained on the new staff, is returning to UNI as defensive coordinator.
Kent State: Pete Thamel tweets that North Dakota State's Cody Morgan is joining the staff as special teams coordinator and safeties coach. The program had previously announced Jeremiah Johnson for that role back in late January.
Philadelphia Eagles: Nick Sirianni shares that the plan for the new offensive coordinator, when hired, is for that person to call the offensive plays.
Carolina Panthers: David Cobb, who joined the organization as a scouting assistant in 2021, is no longer with the team, Neil Stratton tweets.
LA Chargers: Matt Zenitz tweets that the Chargers are hiring Georgia analyst Robert Muschamp as a quality control coach. Robert spent the past two seasons at Georgia after two seasons at Tennessee.
Arizona Cardinals: Josh Weinfuss of ESPN shares that defensive coordinator Vance Joseph will meet with new head coach Jonathan Gannon later today about remaining on staff.
North Carolina Wesleyan (D-III): North Carolina Wesleyan Wesleyan is seeking applicants for an Offensive Assistant coach. Southwest Oklahoma State (D-II - OK): SWOSU is seeking to hire a graduate assistant. Previous coaching experience will take precedence. Position responsibilities will include but are not limited to coaching your own position group, assisting with special team, recruiting your own area, game day duties, spread sheets/google docs, and any other responsibilities delegated by the Head Coach, Coordinator and/or position coach. Valdosta State (D-II - GA): Per source, Pat Brown will be the new receivers coach. He most recently served as the head coach at Seabreeze HS (FL), where he led the program to their first district title in over a decade in 2021.
Black Hills State (D-II - SD): Black Hills State has an immediate opening for a full-time Quarterbacks Coach. Duties will include coaching the Quarterbacks, organizing and conducting position meetings, managing a recruiting territory, assisting with game planning and data breakdown, monitoring the academic success of the QB’s, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
