Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA): Dakota Wesleyan University is seeking a full-time defensive backs assistant football coach. This is a 12-month staff position that includes benefits. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the head coach with all aspects of the football program, full-time recruiting area, academic monitoring responsibilities, special teams duties, assisting with community service and fundraising. A minimum of 3 years of college coaching experience on the defensive side of the football will be weighed very heavily in determining this position. Perimeter Doubles and the 4x1 Bubble Switch Concept:Last season, Virginia State University offensive coordinator Toriano Morgan discovered that the 4x1 quads package did exactly everything he expected it to: it added a dynamic dimension to a conventional bubble screen, it put his best athletes on the field and in space, and it provided for favorable match-ups and numbers advantages at the point of attack. This combined with double team blocking on the perimeter often put a skill player on a high-safety in the open field for big plays. Geneva (D-III - PA): Geneva College is looking for an Offensive Line GA. Candidates must have either played or coached OL in a flex-bone offense. Geneva is a Christ-centered college and only hires coaches with a Christian statement of faith. Stipend of $8000 and 1/3 off tuition for Masters of Higher Education degree is given annually for this two-year arrangement. Candidates must be admitted into the Masters program.
