Utah State: Bruce Feldman tweets that Kyle Cefalo is being promoted to co-offensive coordinator / wide receivers coach and Cooper Bassett is joining the staff as offensive line coach. Bassett coached the offensive line at Sam Houston State (FCS - TX) last fall. The report adds that head coach Blake Anderson will take over the play calling duties and coach the quarterbacks.
Carolina Panthers: The team has added Boston College defensive coordinator Tem Lukabu as defensive as outside linebackers coach and Bert Watts as safeties coach, per multiple reports.
Pittsburg State (D-II - KS): Pittsburg State is accepting resumes for the position of offensive graduate assistant. Position includes assisting with a position on the field and in the meeting room, manage and direct scout teams, weekly data input, weekly analytics, managing a recruiting area, and other duties assigned by the head coach. Ideal candidates will be proficient in both DV Sport and Visio. Experience playing or coaching offensive line is preferred, but not required. Indiana State (FCS): Sources tell FootballScoop that former Ball State receivers coach Marcus Knight is joining the staff. Knight previously spent time on the offensive staff at Indiana State working with the running backs (2019) and wide receivers (2020).
Arizona Cardinals: Browns quarterbacks coach Drew Petzing is finalizing a three-year deal to become the team's offensive coordinator, Albert Breer tweets.
Illinois Wesleyan (D-III): Per source, Indiana States (FCS) running backs coach / recruiting coordinator Aaron Young has stepped down to become offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach / recruiting coordinator.
Tulsa: Former Oklahoma and NFL defensive back Dominique Franks, has joined the staff as defensive quality control.
Arizona Cardinals: Nick Rallis, the Eagles linebackers coach the past two seasons under Nick Sirianni, will be the new defensive coordinator in Arizona, per multiple reports. Rallis, a former standout linebacker at Minnesota, becomes the youngest coordinator in the NFL at 29 years old.
Ole Miss: Enrique Davis, a former Ole Miss running back, has joined the staff as an offensive analyst. Davis spent the 2022 season as the running backs coach at Western Kentucky. Davis has previous coaching experience with the New York Jets and at West Georgia (D-II), Morehouse College (D-II) and McMurry (D-III - TX).

Elizabeth City State (D-II - NC): Garden City (JC - KS) offensive line coach / run game coordinator Robert Ortiz has accepted the position of offensive line coach. Ortiz spent two seasons at Garden City and prior to that was the offensive line coach at Gila River (JC - AZ).
FIU: Adam Rittenberg tweets that Jim Bridge will not be joining the FIU staff as offensive line coach, as he had previously reported on February 4th. Bridge most recently coached offensive line at Memphis.
Purdue: Ryan Walters and the Boilermakers are adding a Division II coordinator to the support staff.
Wake Forest: Dave Clawson is reportedly set to fill his offensive vacancy with an Air Force assistant.
King's College (D-III - PA): Head coach Jeff Knarr has stepped down after 13 seasons leading the program.
