Ole Miss: Athletic director Keith Carter shares how the uncertainty in the NIL landscape has them shelving some major stadium renovations.
UCLA: Marcus Thomas, who spent last season at San Jose State and who previously worked under new head coach DeShaun Foster as an analyst with the UCLA program, is expected to join the staff, 247 shares.

TCU: Arkansas running backs coach Jimmy Smith is being targeted by TCU to fill the same role 247 sports is reporting.
Southern (FCS - LA): Former Alcorn State head coach Fred McNair is joining the Southern staff as tight ends coach.
UCLA: Scott White, the linebackers coach and special teams coordinator the last five seasons at San Jose State, is expected to join the Bruins as a defensive analyst, per 247. White previously coached at UCLA from 2011-17, working with the linebackers the last few seasons of his tenure. 247 adds that UCLA is seeking to add former Notre Dame personnel lead Butler Benton as GM.
Michigan: With the formal announcements of Wink Martindale (DC), Greg Scruggs (DL), Brian Jean-Mary (LBs / run game coordinator) and LaMar Morgan (DBs / pass game coordinator), the program has also announced the addition of former defensive back Brad Hawkins as a graduate assistant.
Northern Illinois: Former Troy offensive line coach Luke Meadows is joining the NIU staff as offensive line coach. Meadows was part of Chip Lindsey's staff at Troy and previously coached offensive line at Kansas, Southern Miss, Eastern Michigan, FAU and South Dakota.
Lawrence Tech (NAIA - MI): Former NFL defensive lineman Ronald Talley has been named defensive line coach while former Chippewa Valley HS (MI) offensive line coach Tyler Washburn will serve as assistant offensive line coach.

TCU: TCU is set to add a well-respected Texas high school coach and former Big Ten assistant to its recruiting staff.

Mercyhurst (D-II - PA): Mercyhurst has an immediate opening for a 12-Month GA or QC position coaching either RBs, LBs, or DBs. The successful candidate will coach his own position, run positional meetings, assist with special teams, contribute to the weekly game plan and have his own recruiting area. Computer and Video Skills is a must.
