New England Patriots: Jedd Fisch, who has been on staff with the Rams in a variety of roles the past few seasons and has previous stops as a coordinator at UCLA, Michigan and Minnesota, is joining the Patriots staff, per multiple reports

Carolina Panthers: Chargers offensive line coach Pat Meyer (O-line) and Packers defensive backs coach Jason Simmons (DBs) are expected to join Matt Rhule's staff in Carolina, per Field Yates of ESPN.

North Texas: Mike Ekeler is returning to the staff as special teams coordinator, according to the Denton Record-Chronicle and ESPN. Ekeler served as Seth Littrell's first defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at North Texas.

Missouri State (FCS): Texas Tech defensive grad assistant Skyler Cassity is now coaching outside linebackers / nickels at Missouri State.

Iowa Wesleyan (D-III): Kiefer Price has been announced as assistant head coach and offensive coordinator. Price, who played under Hal Mumme at McMurry (D-III - TX) and earned All-American honors on the offensive line as a senior, previously coached the offensive line at Oklahoma Panhandle State (NAIA) and coached the offensive line, tight ends, and fullbacks coach at Jackson State (FCS - MS).

Texas A&M: Georgia assistant James Coley has accepted the tight ends job at Texas A&M Billy Liucci tweets.

Holy Cross (FCS - MA): Former Northern Iowa quarterbacks coach Justin Roper is expected to be the new offensive coordinator at Holy Cross source tells FootballScoop.

Valparaiso (FCS - IN): RJ Ghilarducci will be the Nickels Coach at Valparaiso University source tells FootballScoop. Ghilarducci spent the past 3 years working with the Defensive Line and Defensive Backs at the University of San Diego.

Ole Miss: Sources tell FootballScoop Lane Kiffin is hiring Deke Adams as defensive line coach. Deke coached DL for Mississippi State this past year and at North Carolina the two prior. He played ball at Southern Miss (finishing at South Carolina) and is from Meridian, MS.

East Central (CC - MS): East Central is looking to hire a full time defensive line or safeties coach. Candidate should have a master's degree and experience recruiting Mississippi. Please send resume with references to head football coach Ken Karcher at kkarcher@eccc.edu (No phone calls please).

USF: Offensive coordinator Charlie Weiss Jr. and defensive coordinator Glenn Spencer will both operate under 3-year contracts. Weis Jr. will make $350k annually while Spencer will make $500k plus incentives for both, per Joey Knight.

Miami Dolphins: Cal defensive backs coach Gerald Alexander is the new defensive backs coach for the Dolphins, per multiple reports.

Dallas: The Cowboys are adding Mercer tight ends coach Chase Haslett to the staff as an offensive quality control source tells FootballScoop.

Army: Saga Tuitele has been announced as the new offensive line coach at Army.

Kansas: Chidera Uzo-Diribe has been promoted to outside linebackers coach. Uzo-Diribe had accepted a coaching position at UC Davis; but now, with the opening at KU will stay on Les Miles' staff.

Missouri State (FCS): Bobby Petrino's son Nick will serve as his offensive coordinator at Missouri State.

Los Angeles Chargers: The Bolts have promoted defensive quality control Addison Lynch to assistant defensive backs coach, source tells FootballScoop.

Simpson (D-III - IA): Ankeny Centennial HS (IA) assistant Greg Meyer is joining the staff as an assistant coach, source tells FootballScoop.

NC State: Freddie Aughtry-Lindsay has been hired to coach the nickel backs. Aughtry-Lindsay worked as the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at NC Central (FCS) last season and is a former NC State linebacker.

Baylor: Dave Aranda has hired a major name in the SEC recruiting world to work with him at Baylor. Details here.

Bowling Green: Jibreel Black is joining the staff as a defensive graduate assistant, per source. We understand he will work with the defensive line. Black played at Michigan and spent a season in the NFL with the Buccaneers.

West Virginia Wesleyan (D-II): West Virginia Wesleyan has filled all of their open positions. Thank you for the interest.

McNeese (FCS - LA): Sources tell FootballScoop Frank Wilson is bringing much of his staff from UTSA to McNeese. Wilson offered the defensive coordinator role to Jason Rollins (his DC at UTSA); but Rollins is hoping to land a head coaching position with a Texas high school. Deron Wilson is expected to coach defensive backs and Will Thomas is expected to coach linebackers. Gary Hyman is likely to coach tight ends. As we reported when Frank was hired, he is retaining Landon Hoefer from the prior staff. Will update when more is clear.

Harding (D-II - AR): Robert Beacham III has been hired to serve in a graduate assistant role with the wide receivers.

Fort Scott CC (JC - KS): Carson Hunter, who spent the past four seasons at Murray State most recently coaching the running backs, has been hired to lead the program.

Cleveland Browns: Drew Petzing, who joined the Vikings staff as an offensive assistant in 2014 before moving to wide receivers coach last season, is expected to join the staff as tight ends coach, Mary Kay Cabot tweets.

Stony Brook (FCS - NY): After 52 years in coaching, defensive coordinator / linebackers coach Bobby McIntyre has decided to retire. He spent the past nine season at Stony Brook and was in his third season as defensive coordinator. Defensive line coach Rob Noel has been promoted to defensive coordinator.

The Citadel (FCS): Bobby Ruff is moving from tackles and tight ends to inside linebackers, the school has announced.

Richmond (FCS - VA): Source tells FootballScoop that former Wake Forest and Marshall graduate assistant Trevor Mendelson has been hired to coach the tight ends.

Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles have interviewed former Falcons defensive coordinator Marquand Manuel for the defensive backs position and a deal could be in place as soon as today, Jeremy Fowler tweets.

Army: Shiel Wood, who previously coached the linebackers at Georgia State, has been announced as a defensive assistant on Army's staff.

Dallas Cowboys: George Edwards, who previously spent six seasons as the defensive coordinator for the Vikings with play calling stops with the Bills as well Redskins, is joining the staff and will work with the linebackers, and will likely have a larger role than that, Clarence Hill Jr. tweets.

LSU: LSU and Ed Orgeron have agreed to a contract extension. More details here.

University of Mary (D-II - ND): The University of Mary (North Dakota) (DII in NSIC Conference) is looking to fill two graduate assistant coaching positions in the Spring (one defensive and one offensive). Candidates will be responsible for film editing/breakdown using HUDL, recruiting your own area, coaching your own position group, and any other duties assigned by the head coach. Position includes a full tuition waiver, a stipend of $3,750, and 75 meals per semester. Trinity International (NAIA - IL): Trinity International University has an immediate opening for two Defensive Restricted Earnings positions working with Linebackers and Defensive Backs. Applicants must have a strong Christian faith and work within Trinity International University’s Christian mission. The position will have their own recruiting area and will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position, including position meetings. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to film breakdown and data entry, assisting with special teams, recruiting, running positional meetings, assisting with game preparation, and other duties assigned by the head coach. The position includes a $7,500 stipend, housing and some meals. Oklahoma: Yesterday, Ruffin McNeill announced that he was stepping away from football to help care for his aging father, but made sure to note that it is not retirement for him.
