UT Martin: UT Martin Football is accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant on our Strength and Conditioning Staff to start immediately. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a exercise science or related field. Job requirements are to assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in the day to day operations of the Football Strength and Conditioning program. Coordinate and monitor team workouts. Assist in any additional duties directed by the Head Coach and/or the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Past and current experience preferred. Certifications a plus. Candidate will have the ability to fulfill CSCCA practicum requirements under approved mentor & Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Tyson Gale. Southeastern Oklahoma: Southeastern Oklahoma is looking to hire an Assistant Director of Sports Performance. The Assistant Director of Sports Performance, working under the supervision of the Director of Sports Performance and the Director of Athletics is responsible for design, implementation and scheduling of specific sports programs as assigned by the Director of Sports Performance. He/She must be proficient in Olympic weightlifting variations and techniques, strength training movements, exercise selection and programming, flexibility, speed mechanics, agility drills, and plyometric progressions. He/She must have a knowledge and understanding in velocity-based training and excellent communication skills. He/She will assist in daily operations and maintenance of the Sports Performance Facility and staff. He/She must abide by all NCAA, GAC and University policies and procedures. A commitment to excellence in coaching and community relations is expected. REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree with adequate professional preparation. Excellent organizational and administrative skills required.
