Mike Elko accuses Missouri of planting bulletin board material (Texas A&M Football)

Missouri wide receiver Theo Wease brought a souvenir with him to Kyle Field on Saturday.

A blanket, supposedly courtesy of Texas A&M cornerback Will Lee, nicknamed "The Blanket."

“Get used to this blanket,” read a letter accompanying the blaket. “It will be real tomorrow.”

Texas A&M did not, in the end, have Wease in a blanket. The Aggies had Wease, Luther Burden III, and the entire Missouri passing attack in a straight jacket.

The Tigers completed 13-of-31 passes on the day, good for 186 yards. Wease did break free for a 59-yard touchdown grab in the third quarter, a score that shortened the Tiger deficit to 34-7. Texas A&M won the game 41-10. Mizzou quarterback Connor Cook's 102.99 rating was the second worst of his 3-year starting career, and the same number was the best A&M has posted against an FBS opponent so far this season.

So, Lee and company definitely had their counterparts covered in some sort of garment, but after the game Aggies head coach Mike Elko denied involvement in any sort of hotel room trash talk.

"My suggestion would be you guys should go ask Eli where that came from, because I have a strong feeling that that came from the other side. Nothing to do with Texas A&M, Will Lee or anybody over here, so you should point that one at the other side," Elko said after the game.
