Minnesota Duluth's QBR Package from Heavy Personnel: When Division 2 power Minnesota Duluth snagged the 6-1, 240-pound Wisconsin player of the year at quarterback two years ago, it made sense to build their entire offensive package around his legs. Offensive coordinator Chase Vogler, a former Duluth standout himself, created essentially every run concept in his offense to have a QBR run element to it. In fact, during the last two seasons, Duluth called a designed QB run or packaged a read element or designed QB run on over 20% of all plays, not just run plays. This season it's signal-caller rushed for over 1,000 yards on essentially two concepts: The zone bluff (14 yards a carry) and G lead concept which helped in generating 243 yards per game on the ground last season. Lake Buena Vista (FL): Lake Buena Vista High School in Lake Buena Vista, FL is looking to fill multiple coaching positions on our staff. We return a loaded young roster with starting experience, and our first winning season in program history. We are looking to fill three coaching positions. Preferably, DL, LB, DB, and possibly Coordinator. We are looking for coaches who are highly motivated to make a year-round commitment to use the sport of football to mentor young men. Candidates should have coaching and/or playing experience at the high school and/or college level, but not required. Coaching candidates should be hard-working, energetic, and all-in on building a program that gives kids a great athletic experience while promoting our core values of integrity, humility, character, hard-work, and discipline. Teaching positions should be available in Math, English, Science, and possibly Social Studies next school year.
