Delaware's Zone and Man Pressure Catalog from 3-High Spacing: It’s understood that the benefit of playing with more skill on the field defensively allows for a myriad of coverage looks and pressure patterns. But the challenge lies in how defensive coordinators term pressures from these looks. In four-down fronts, safeties are the insert defenders in pressure concepts whereas in three-down looks those players are linebackers. In this exclusive article, University of Delaware defensive coordinator Manny Rojas explains how he terms three deep, two deep and man pressure concepts within his 3-High safety operation. Pinecrest (Cumming, GA): Pinecrest Academy is looking to hire an assistant coach. We have a K-5 PE spot right now and may have a 6-8 PE spot also. All other teaching fields will also be considered. The K-5 PE position is immediately available if we find the right fit. (We have a long term sub in place if immediate transition is not possible). Any PE position requires second sport. We have needs in track, basketball, swimming, and soccer. The K-5 PE spot includes an Assistant Athletic Admin position in charge of K-5 sports (Fall Soccer, Winter Basketball, Spring Soccer). The position is behind the scenes admin and does not require coaching any of these K-5 sports. It is registration, scheduling, secure parent volunteer coaches, and league communications.
