Illinois: Michigan director of football operations Mark Taurisani has accepted the assistant AD / Chief of Staff role at Illinois. Taurisani previously spent 12 seasons with Bielema at Wisconsin & Arkansas. Sources tell FootballScoop Tim Knox is expected to be retained as DFO.
