Go inside the War Rooms where recruiting decisions are made at Ohio State and Boise State (Top)

Signing day may be when all the magic happens for the public, but before all that takes places, behind the scenes there is an incredible amount of time, energy, emotion, organization, and resources that are poured in by assistants and staff members in meeting rooms often referred to as the "War Room".

Those War Rooms are where all the finer details are, and every staff has their own method. Over the past few days, Boise State and Ohio State have provided a look inside of each of their War Rooms, and what they reveal is something that a lot of coaches will find fascinating.

At Ohio State, director of player personnel Mark Pantoni has a floor to ceiling white board filled with the names of recruits with color coded details regarding their visit dates, when coaches have called, and when Urban Meyer has talked to them. The color coded method is how Ohio State staffers can look at the board and almost instantly know all the pertinent details about each of their targets.

At Boise State, the staff has a similar setup with floor to ceiling white boards, but they set theirs up a bit differently. Video is courtesy of the Idaho Statesmen.
