Chicago Bears: Oregon State offensive line coach Kyle DeVan is leaving Corvallis for the NFL for a second time.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Frederick Walker, who spent the last three seasons with the Raiders, most recently as quarterbacks coach, is joining the staff as an offensive assistant, per multiple outlets.

Green Bay Packers: Luke Getsy has joined the team as a senior offensive assistant. This marks a third stint in Green Bay for Getsy.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Bears assistant GM Ian Cunningham has completed his GM interview with the team.

Saddleback College (JC - CA): Jeff Fischer has been elevated to the head coaching job. He joined the staff during the summer of 2022 after five seasons at Ventura College (JC - CA).

Quincy (D-II - IL): Defensive coordinator Michael Pannone has stepped down to move closer to family.

DePauw (D-III - IN): DePauw University has an immediate opening for a full time defensive line position. This is a renewable 12-month appointment with benefits. This position will support football operations including recruiting, practice/game preparation, and student-athlete development. All applicants must apply through our HR Website. Green Bay Packers: Jamael Lett, who has previous stops with the Patriots and in college football at South Alabama and North Carolina, is joining the team in a quality control role working with the defensvie backs, per CBS Sports.

Washington: Veteran agent Cameron Foster is being hired as the school's senior director of contracts and cap management, per ESPN. Foster founded Reign Sports Management and later joined Steinberg Sports and Entertainment.

Slippery Rock University (D-II – PA): Slippery Rock is seeking an offensive assistant coach, working with the Wide Receivers. The successful candidate will have previous experience coaching, preferred candidates will have experience coaching Wide Receivers. This is an adjunct position, with a $10,000 stipend. Saginaw Valley State (D-II - MI): Saginaw Valley State is looking to fill an Assistant DBs Coach opening. This is a volunteer role with assistance with meals and housing available. This position will have a direct role in recruiting and developing players in one of the best D2 conferences in the country. This is a great opportunity for young coaches to get your foot in the door and advance in the coaching profession. Shorter (D-II – GA): Shorter University is seeking an applicant for a full-time Defensive line coach. Responsibilities include coaching a position, managing a recruiting territory, coordinating on-campus visits, Hudl video, scouting reports/breakdowns, and other duties assigned by the head coach and defensive coordinator. Experience playing or coaching at the college level is preferred, but not required. Shorter University is a private Baptist university in Rome, Georgia. Salary range is $22k-$26k. As a Christian institution, the coaches at Shorter University lead by example on and off the field. WashU (D-III - MO): Tight ends coach, Dr. Matt Irvin, has accepted the head coaching job at MICDS (MO). He returns to Mary Instititue and Saint Louis Country Day Schools, where he previously went 33-3 with two state runner-up finishes before leaving to become the head coach at Kirkwood HS (St. Louis, MO), where he went 53-9 while leading the school to their first state title.

Seton Hill (D-II - PA): Seton Hill University is in search of a graduate assistant football coach. Candidates MUST be able to be admitted into the graduate school program which requires a minimum undergraduate GPA of a 3.0. Day to day duties will include coaching/managing your own position group, assisting the defensive coordinator with breakdown/game-planning, and will require managing filming and uploading of practice and game film. This position is open for Flex Linebackers (defensive line or linebacker experience). The position includes graduate school tuition scholarship as well as a payment for hours worked for living expenses. Please send resumes to Kmay@setonhill.edu. Penn State: As our John Brice shared yesterday, Penn State had zeroed in on Stan Drayton. Today, we can confirm (as others are sharing as well) the deal is now in place.

Sam Houston State: Per source, Southeastern Louisiana offensive line coach / run game coordinator AJ Hopp has accepted the offensive line job.

Davidson (FCS - NC): Saj Thakkar has announced his staff, which includes Keegan Kennedy (associate HC / OC / OL), Miles Ahles (DC / LBs), Pat McGowan (STC / TEs), Bryce Perry-Martin (DTs), Cam Gibson (DBs), Brent Kassabian (DEs), Luke Jenkins (RBs), Tom Wright (WRs), Quinn Suber (OLBs).

San Diego State: Brandon Brooks, who coached the defensive backs at Bemidji State (D-II - MN) last season, has joined the program as a defensive assistant.

East Tennessee State (FCS): Patrick Covington has joined the staff as offensive line coach after previous stops at The Citadel (FCS), Lamar (FCS - TX), Coastal Carolina, and Air Force.

Georgia: Former Georgia Tech defensive coordinator Andrew Thacker joined the staff last year, and is now reportedly being elevated to an on-field role.

Dubuque (D-III - IA): The University of Dubuque is a growing faith-based University that is seeking a full-time Assistant Football Coach working with the Defensive Line. The University of Dubuque offers an excellent benefits package including tuition remission, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and a retirement match. Notre Dame: Lions director of scouting advancement Mike Martin is set to become the new GM for the Fighting Irish.

Broyles Award: Former Notre Dame defensive coordinator Al Golden won the Broyles Award on Thursday, putting the Fighting Irish in elite company of coaching talent.

Auburn: Georgia Southern GM Ryan Smith, who has worked on The Plains twice before, is set to return to Auburn as director of player personnel, per CBS Sports.

Miami: Mario Crisbotal is in the process of swiping a key assistant away from an in-state rival.

Charlotte: UIndy (D-II - IN) corners coach Tariq Drake has accepted a defensive analyst position.

Virginia Tech: Sources tell FootballScoop Christian Taylor, the former William & Mary (FCS - VA) offensive coordinator who spent last fall on the defensive side of the ball for the Bills, is among the finalists for the Hokies offensive coordinator vacancy.

Marist (FCS - NY): Tight ends coach John O'Connor has been promoted to offensive line coach.

Temple: Anthony Getz Jr. has accepted the director of football creative job with the Owls.

Western Michigan: Elon receivers coach / recruiting coordinator Kyle Perkins has accepted the receivers job.

Penn State: Sources tell FootballScoop former Temple head coach Stan Drayton has emerged as the top target for the Nittany Lions running backs job.

Cortland (D-III - NY): Tom Blumenauer, the head coach at Franklin & Marshall (D-III - PA) where he has gone 21-11 over the past three seasons with one of the best defenses Division III, has accepted the head coaching job with the Red Dragons. He takes over a program that won their first national title in 2023 and followed that up with a 11-1 mark last season.

UAB: Sources tell FootballScoop Trent Dilfer is bolstering his UAB staff with hires of three sons from prominent college football families.

New Orleans Saints: Former Cowboys assistant Chase Haslett, the son of former Saints head coach Jim Haslett, has agreed to become the new tight ends coach on Kellen Moore's staff, per Mike Garafolo.

Nebraska: Nebraska has set salaries for Matt Rhule's enormous coaching staff head into the 2025 season.
