When you hear the name Ray Lewis you probably think of one of most dominant linebackers to play the game and one of the most passionate locker room speakers ever - and now he's taking on a new role; TV host.
Tonight at 10pm EST / 9pm CST, Spike TV is airing a show about coaches, but it's not one that you want to find yourself on someday.
On "Coaching Bad", Lewis takes some of the angriest coaches in America under his wing to provide guidance and advice to help them more effectively communicate with their team. Lewis has played under some of the most respected coaches in the game (from Marvin Lewis to Chuck Pagano) so he has a lot of wisdom to share.
From the looks of some of the previews I've seen today, some of the show is going to be quite shocking, but it is also going to provide episode, after episode of inspiration from Ray Lewis, one of the best motivators that the game has ever seen. That alone is worth tuning in for.
Even if you watch the entire season and only leave with one nugget on how to be a better coach, or how to communicate better, the experience should be worth it.
