Ball State: Receivers coach Keith Gaither has accepted the same role at Army. We expect Pete Lembo to fill that position quickly. Will update once more is clear. Justin Lustig has been promoted to assistant head coach, Pat Dougherty has taken over as recruiting coordinator and former Ball State defensive tackle Nate Ollie has joined the staff as a defensive grad assistant, per source.
Central Michigan: Central Michigan University has two openings for temporary employee coaching positions, one on offense working with the offensive line, and one on defense working with the linebackers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, coaching in conjunction with either the offensive line or linebacker coach, assisting in all aspects of recruiting preparing weekly scouting reports, film breakdown, assisting in weekly game and practice planning, assisting head coach in other duties as requested, and other administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree and NCAA Football knowledge. Northern Colorado (FCS): The University of Northern Colorado is seeking to add one volunteer coach and two undergraduate coaches. The volunteer coach would be on the offensive side of the ball and primarily focus on off-field responsibilities. One undergraduate coach would be on offense and one would be on defense; both would have on-field duties. Ideal candidates will have a burning passion for football, relentless work ethic, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Experience with Excel, Visio, and DVSport is preferred. College of Wooster (D-III - OH): The College of Wooster is seeking an offensive intern coach (OL). Preference to those that have played or coached OL at the collegiate level. Compensation includes a $10,000 annual stipend, some benefits and money for the NCAA Convention. You will have the opportunity to coach your own position, run your own meetings and recruit an assigned territory. The desired start date is Monday, 3/23/15. Albright College (D-III β PA): Albright College is looking for two offensive intern coaches (RBs / TEs). Compensation includes a $3,000 annual stipend plus free off-campus apartment housing and cafeteria meal plan. No other benefits are included. This is a two-year developmental position designed for young coaches who have a strong desire to pursue college coaching as a permanent career.
