Whether you're leading an NFL team, or a college or high school program, you really need to be on the same page with your front office or administration in order to win at the highest level. There are no shortage of really good coaches out there, especially at the school level, who eventually get burnt out battling with their adminstration over things both big, and super small. When you're trying to win at the highest level, those types of battles become major unnecessary headaches for a lot of guys, and at the end of the day something has to give.
