When James Franklin took the Penn State job in January of last year, he took over a major rebuilding project from Bill O'Brien, who led the program to 15 wins in the face of some overwhelming adversity.
Last year, Franklin lead the program to a 7-6 mark (including a heartbreaking double overtime loss to Ohio State in late October), and after signing one of the top 15 recruiting classes in the country, the Nittany Lions are ushering in "The Next Phase" of the process.
The video starts with Franklin's introductory press conference and then covers a timeline of all the major events inside the Penn State program leading us to now, when "The Next Phase" begins.
