When it comes to high quality high school football in the state of Michigan, one program whose name is known across the board is Lowell high school.
Lowell is well known not only for their success (state titles in 2002, 2004 and 2009), but also their team discipline, their simple and highly effective scheme, and charitable work off of the field.
Head coach Noel Dean doesn't need flashy uniforms or brand new helmets to be successful, they just do things the right way inside of the program, from top to bottom.
This video that the team watched before games last season is a great example of what the Lowell program stands for, and why they've been so successful over the past decade and a half under Dean's leadership. It highlights their best players of the past decade or so, as well as the success that they've had off of the field like carrying the best team GPA in the state, and raising over $1 for cancer support through a charitable game each year.
