Rutgers: Tom Luicci reports that Joe Rossi is expected to move from special teams coordinator to defensive coordinator and Bob Fraser is expected to return to the staff as linebackers coach (Fraser was the 2009 FootballScoop Linebackers Coach of the Year at Rutgers). Fraser has been with Tampa Bay the past two seasons coaching linebackers and serving as assistant defensive coordinator. 

Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys have announced the hiring of passing game coordinator Scott Linehan and, additionally, that defensive line coach Rod Marinelli has been promoted to defensive coordinator, while Monte Kiffin will shift to assistant head coach for defense. 

Eastern Michigan: Sources tell us former UAB defensive coordinator Jimmy Williams will be the new defensive line coach at Eastern Michigan. 

Tennessee Titans: Mike Sullivan is joining the staff as assistant offensive line coach. 

Sam Houston State: Sources tell us K.C. Keeler will bring his former Delaware assistant Phil Petitte to Sam Houston to coach the defensive line. 

Ohio State: The school has announced that athletics director Gene Smith has been promoted to vice president, received a $100,000 raise to $940,484 per year and had his contract extended through 2020. His current contract was set to end in 2016. 

James Madison: Alabama defensive grad assistant Jules Montinar is joining the James Madison staff as defensive backs coach. 

Bowling Green: Dino Babers has announced all but one of his staff, and Nick Monroe (secondary) is the lone holdover from the previous staff. We've covered these hires over the past few weeks, but just to recap, the rest of the staff includes; Sterlin Gilbert (co-offensive coordinator / quarterbacks), Matt Mattox (co-offensive coordinator / offensive line), Kim McCloud (defensive coordinator), Tom Kaufman (special teams coordinator / linebackers), Mike Lynch (running backs), Sean Lewis (inside receivers), Tom Freeman (defensive line), Roy Witke (DFO), and Sean Edinger (director of strength and conditioning).

Rutgers: Former Maryland head coach Ralph Friedgen is expected to be the new offensive coordinator at Rutgers per Tom Luicci. We have confirmed the same. Here's what you need to know.

Pittsburgh Steelers: The Steelers announced early this afternoon that they have hired former Vikings running backs coach James Saxon as running backs coach.

Edmonton Eskimos (Canada): Chris Jones has announced his inaugural staff which includes; Steve McAdoo (offensive coordinator), Craig Dickenson (special teams coordinator), Jarious Jackson (quarterbacks / passing game coordinator / player development), Jason Shivers (defensive backs), Ed Philion (defensive line), Kez McCorvey (receivers), Craig Davoren (offensive assistant).

Carolina Panthers: Carolina has signed Ron Rivera to a three-year contract extension, taking him through the 2017 season. The new deal will up his salary from $2.8 million to between $4 and 5 million according to Panthers beat writer Joe Person. 

Cleveland Browns: In addition to interviewing Kyle Shanahan for the offensive coordinator position (see below), the Browns will also interview Oakland quarterbacks coach John DeFilippo on Thursday, according to Adam Schefter.

Georgia: Mark Richt has made the hire of defensive line coach Tracy Rocker official.

Cleveland Browns: Buffalo Bills defensive line coach Anthony Weaver will be the new defensive line coach in Cleveland per sources. Kyle Shanahan will also interview for the offensive coordinator job according to Chris Mortensen.

LA Pierce College (CC - CA): Sources tell us that former Pasadena College running backs coach / recruiting coordinator Cordell Landers has accepted the same job at LA Pierce College.

New Mexico Military (JC): Sources tell us that Jason Belford will coach the defensive line. Belford previously coached the defensive line at Weber State.

Coahoma (CC - MS): Former Mississippi Valley State head coach Karl Morgan is taking over as head coach at Coahoma CC.

Arizona Western (CC): Arizona Western College, located in Yuma, Arizona is searching for a linebacker coach. This is a part-time position with a stipend of $6,800 plus housing. Responsibilities will include recruiting and coaching your own position. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, collegiate playing experience and or coaching experience, excellent communication and leadership skills. Coffeyville (CC - KS): Coffeyville has an opening for a restricted earnings coach. The position will coach the defensive line. MUST have related experience. Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens will bring former Texans assistant Brian Pariani to Baltimore as tight ends coach according to the Baltimore Sun. 

Valdosta State (D-II - GA): Thomas Reese has accepted an offensive grad assistant position at Valdosta State University coaching the wide receivers. Reese has been coaching the receivers at Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C. the past two seasons.

Wyoming: Former Miami Ohio interim head coach (quarterbacks / receivers) Mike Bath will join the Wyoming staff as tight ends coach per a source. 

Houston Texans: Atlanta Falcons offensive line coach Paul Dunn has accepted the offensive line job with the Texans, according to a report from Alex Marvez.

Arkansas Tech (D-II): Bert Browne has been hired as linebackers coach. 

Pace (D-II - NY): The program has announced the addition of Darnell Stapleton, a former Pittsburgh Steeler offensive lineman, as offensive line coach. Stapleton spent last season as an offensive grad assistant at Rutgers.

Miami Dolphins: According to Alex Marvez, former Texans offensive line coach John Benton will be the Dolphins new assistant offensive line coach.
