Stonehill (D-II - MA): Offensive line coach Tyler Moody, who is entering his sixth season with the program, has been promoted to offensive coordinator.

Northern State (D-II - SD): Northern State University invites applications for an Offensive Coaching Intern position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to on the field coaching, game planning, film break down, and assisting with recruiting. Compensation includes a stipend, some meals possible and extra opportunities are available. There is a potential of a Graduate Assistant Position in the HPER department with this position. UW-Stevens Point (D-III): UW-Stevens Point is seeking candidates for a graduate assistant football coach. This coach will have their own position group, recruiting territory and special team responsibilities. Will have other duties associated with being a full time coach. This position includes a $12,000 stipend, no housing, no meals and no tuition. Position will be expected to enroll in at least one graduate OR undergraduate level class per semester. Minority candidates encouraged to apply. Coaching and/or playing experience at WR or RB preferred. Scoop him up:Marciel Whitehurst is a former graduate assistant at LSU in Student Academic Affairs. Whitehurst's duties include academic advising and monitoring academic progress, assisting with official and unofficial recruiting visits, and assisting in delivering programming that would benefit student-athletes for life after football. During his time at Louisiana State, Whitehurst coordinated and planned a character development program called S.W.A.G (Student With a Gameplan), which prepared Freshman football student-athletes for success on and off the field. Whitehurst has assisted with SASP, which is a summer success program for incoming freshman and transfer student-athletes. Within SASP, Whitehurst facilitated personal development seminars that focused on life after sport. Prior to joining LSU Athletics, Whitehurst served as a graduate assistant for Football Operations at Texas A&M University-Commerce under Guy Morriss and Colby Carthel. While there, Whitehurst assisted in coordinating recruiting visits, including lodging, facility rentals, and meals; while managing travel logistics and other game day tasks. South Carolina: Former Gamecocks quarterback Connor Shaw told The State he'd like to get into coaching after his NFL career is complete -- hopefully at South Carolina. "I'm a coach at heart," he said. "I grew up in a coach's family. I enjoy it and I'm good at instructing kids. It's a lot of fun."

Illinois State: Head coach Brock Spack notes that he has not made a decision on replacing offensive coordinator Kurt Beathard, who is resigning for family health reasons (see last night).

SUNY - Maritime (D-III): Maritime Football has posted 2 limited earnings jobs via this link. Will consider combining the 2 jobs/pay for a candidate that can coordinate special teams and coach DB’s. 10 month contract, limited meals. NO Housing, no benefits, no phone calls, no emails. Georgia State: Dusty Bennett, the director of football operations, will leave the staff at the end of June.
