Shiloh Christian (AR) head coach Jeff Conaway joined The FootballScoop Podcast a while back and spent some time sharing some really good team and culture building ideas for coaches with us.
In that same vein, with Mother's Day around the corner, I noticed that coach Conaway and his staff started doing something special this week. Conaway and his assistants took a few moments during workouts (it appears) and grabbed players in their program, put them in front of the camera, and had them spend just a few seconds explaining "Why I love my mom."

Head over to the accounts of assistant coaches Brad Widger and Jacob Gill to see more from players. For the most part, each player spent just 4-10 seconds in front of the camera, and in-turn provided a very special moment for their mothers that they'll likely never forget.
Excellent, easy to execute idea by coach Conaway and his staff that more programs should take note of.
