Central Michigan: Former Valdosta State (D-II - GA) defensive backs coach David Rowe is joining the CMU staff as corners coach, sources tell FootballScoop.
Mercer (FCS - GA): LSU defensive analyst Leon Wright has been formally announced as the new corners coach.
Delaware State (FCS): LeAndre Creamer, former linebackers coach at Alabama State (FCS), has joined Rod Milstead's staff and will coach the defensive backs, per source.
Montana Western (NAIA): The University of Montana Western has an immediate opening for a wide receiver intern position. Duties will include; coaching wide receivers, recruiting and an additional duty in the football department. Compensation is an on campus apartment, monthly meal stipend and a monthly stipend. Reedley (JC - CA): Reedley College has immediate openings on both offense (WR, RBs / TEs) and defense (LBs, Safeties) with the possibility to co-coordinate for the right candidate. These are ideal positions for coaches looking for a collegiate level opportunity and to take a large role and responsibilities within a successful college program. Compensation will be between $5,000-$8,000 with no additional benefits. However candidates with a master’s degree in kinesiology, physical education, exercise science, or education with an emphasis in physical education may be eligible to teach additional classes and potentially earn as much as 15,00-20,000 annually. Pace (D-II - NY): Pace University has an opening for a restricted earnings runningbacks coach. Position is intended to recruit a primary area in our recruiting footprint. Position will have additional responsibilities within the football program in addition to coaching and recruiting (quality control, social media, etc). The position is for the individual that can commit to the development of student athletes daily through the academic year and will pursue a career coaching football rather than part-time coaching work. Applicants with experience playing college football or previous coaching experience (preferably on offense) are preferred. Candidates will have their undergraduate degree, a valid driver’s license, regular access to a vehicle and a clean background. Cincinnati Bengals: Vanderbilt defensive line coach Nick Eason will join the staff in the same post, tweets Albert Breer. Eason played a decade in the league and coached the Titans' defensive line from 2014-17.

UCLA: Ethan Young has been announced as the team's new director of player personnel. Young previously held the title of director of strategic intelligence for the program.
Villanova (FCS - PA): Per source, tight ends coach Nate Pagan is being promoted to wide receivers coach.
Air Force: Jonathan Wallace, who previously played and coached receivers at Auburn before becoming the wide receivers coach / director of football operations at Bethel (NAIA - TN), has been announced as the new tight ends coach.
Saint Vincent (D-III - PA): Saint Vincent College seeks a part-time linebackers coach. This coach will be responsible for coaching their position, film-breakdown (HUDL), scouting reports, recruiting, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Southern Miss: Southern Miss is promoting wide receivers Scotty Walden to co-offensive coordinator, Pete Thamel tweets. FootballScoop can confirm the news. Before joining the Southern Miss staff a few seasons ago, Walden served as the youngest head coach in the NCAA ranks at East Texas Baptist (D-III - TX) for a season.
Nebraska: Ryan Feder, who worked for the Packers as a football technology analyst, has joined the staff as a graduate assistant.
Buffalo Bills: The Bills are bringing in Miami Dolphins director of analytics Dennis Lock as director of football research and strategy, per Armando Salguero.
Philadelphia Eagles: Nathan Ollie, who coached the defensive line at Eastern Kentucky (FCS) last season, has joined the organization as assistant defensive line coach.
Lamar (FCS - TX): Larry Edmundson has been named co-offensive coordinator / passing game coordinator / wide receivers coach. Edmundson previously worked at Rice, SMU, Louisiana-Lafayette, Auburn, Mississippi State, and LSU. Also, offensive line coach Bill Bleil has been promoted to run game coordinator and assistant head coach and Adrian Madise, who worked with the wide receivers last year, is moving to running backs.
East Stroudsburg (D-II - PA): Jimmy Terwilliger, who served as the program's interim head coach since the retirement announcement of Denny Douds, is officially taking over as the team's new head coach. Terwilliger previously served as the associate head coach under Douds.
UT Permian Basin (D-II): The University of Texas Permian Basin is seeking an offensive assistant, coaching the WRs or TEs / FBs. This is a part-time position with housing provided. The candidate will be responsible for coaching a position, film-breakdown, scouting reports, off campus recruiting, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Bachelor’s degree required. Miami Dolphins: Source tells FootballScoop the Dolphins are hiring Shawn Flaherty as offensive assistant. Flaherty served as an offensive quality control at Louisville last season.
Johns Hopkins University (D-III - MD): Johns Hopkins is accepting applications in anticipation of hiring a full-time defensive position coach. Special teams experience is preferred. Qualifications include: Bachelors degree, a minimum of 5 years college coaching experience with a strong knowledge of defensive football and a proven track record recruiting top scholar athletes. Southeastern Louisiana (FCS): Joe Scelfo has joined the staff as centers / guards coach. Scelfo who started 49 games in college (three years at South Alabama, one at NC State), served as an offensive grad assistant at NC State this past season.
New York Giants: The Giants are hiring former Texas State head coach Everett Withers as their new defensive backs coach Ian Rapoport reports. Withers had accepted the FIU defensive coordinator position not too long ago.
Washington State: Washington State University is hiring a Manager of Digital Media for Football. Applicants must have the necessary skills required in photoshop, publisher, as well as experience making videos. Florida: Jamar Chaney has announced that he's taken the assistant director of player personnel job with the Gators. Chaney spent the last three seasons as the head coach at St. Lucie West HS (FL).
Texas A&M: Bert Biffani is leaving his defensive quality control role at Tennesse to become an offensive graduate assistant with the program, per source. Biffani was at Florida State with Jimbo from 2013-17.
Idaho: Former UCF defensive graduate assistant Jamie Schultz has been hired as linebackers coach at the University of Idaho. Schultz replaces Bobby Daly who left for Montana State in January. Schultz spent this past season at UCF and was a graduate assistant at Idaho in 2016 & 2017.
Virginia Tech: Matt Kardulis has accepted a defensive graduate assistant position with the Hokies where he'll work with the safeties, per source. Kardulis previously worked as a quality control coach at Campbell (FCS - NC).
New Mexico: Dan Carrel, who spent the last four seasons on the Houston staff coaching the outside linebackers, has been named the new outside linebackers coach. He replaces Archie McDaniel, who left for the co-defensive coordinator job at Texas State.
VMI (FCS): Pat Kuntz is the new defensive line coach and Chris Moore is the new tight ends coach, per source.
Independence CC (JC - KS): Offensive linie coach Kiyoshi Harris has been given the interim head coach title following the resignation of Jason Brown.
