McNeese State (FCS): Kyle Little, the head strength coach at University of Puget Sound, has accepted the assistant strength and conditioning coach position at McNeese State, per source.
UMKC: The University of Missouri-Kansas City Sports Performance Department is accepting applications for the position of Graduate Assistant. Responsibilities for this position include but arenβt limited to; assisting in design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for assigned sports, assisting with the program implementation of all sports; provide instruction for safe and effective lifting techniques and equipment usage; supervise day-to-day activities and conduct periodic performance and strength testing; and communicate regularly with sport coaches and sports medicine personnel. Compensation is in-state tuition and a stipend. Requirements for this position are; a Bachelorβs Degree (preferably in exercise science) from an accredited college or university; certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA); and CPR/AED certification. Prior experience with a collegiate strength and conditioning program is preferred. We would like to have someone in place June 5th or soon after.
