McNeese State (FCS - LA): Co-offensive coordinator Kerry Joseph will serve as interim head coach source tells FootballScoop. Joseph has been on staff since 2016.

Tennessee State (FCS): Rod Reed will return as Tennessee State's head coach in 2019, which will be his 10th on the job. "I'm very excited about next season. I think when we get this team back healthy again, and with all the kids we have coming back, we'll be in really good shape," Reed told the Tennesseean. TSU went 4-5 in 2018 and is 53-46 overall under Reed.

Iowa State:After scheduling a game with Incarnate Word for Dec. 1 to make up for their weather-cancelled opener South Dakota State, Iowa State has had to swap out Incarnate for Drake with UIW qualifying for the FCS playoffs.

McNeese State (FCS - LA): The program announced Tuesday it will not renew the contract of head coach Lance Guidry. A McNeese graduate, Guidry went 21-12 in three seasons as the Cowboys' head coach. "I thank Coach Guidry for his service to the university and wish him well in his future endeavors," AD Bruce Hemphill said.

Queens Golden Gaels (Canada): Pat Sheahan, the longest-serving active coach in Canadian university football, has stepped down after nearly two decades with the school. A national search is underway for the new leader of the program.
