XFL - Washington DC: Former Michigan offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton is expected to become head coach / general manager for the XFL's Washington DC franchise tweets Bruce Feldman. Pep coached XFL exec Oliver Luck's son Andrew at both Stanford and in Indy.
Atlanta Legends (AAF): Back on Jan. 11, we reported the following: "Yesterday we reported that offensive coordinator Michael Vick was not expected to coach this season, sources tell us that he had not been at practice all week, and the staff had moved on, deciding they would split up the play calling duties amongst themselves moving forward. A representative of the team called FootballScoop this morning and confirmed Vick has not been there all week, but said said Vick was there for the first day of training camp last week, and the team expects him to call the plays on game day." Today, Legends head coach Kevin Coyle confirmed that Vick has not been with the team on a full-time basis due to commitments elsewhere and will not be the club's offensive coordinator moving forward, though he will work to find a way to keep Vick involved with the team in a consulting capacity moving forward.
Kansas City Chiefs: Former Jags assistant d-line coach David Merritt will be the Chiefs' new defensive backs coach, tweets ESPN's Field Yates.
San Francisco 49ers: Former NFL wideout Miles Austin will join the staff as an offensive quality control, per multiple reports.
UTEP: Director of recruiting / special teams quality control Matt Rahl has been promoted to offensive quality control source tells FootballScoop. Rahl, who previously worked at Missouri, Wyoming and McKendree, was a finalist for D-II Coordinator of the Year when serving as offensive coordinator at McKendree.
Miami: David Parker, who has been on PJ Fleck’s staff since 2017, most recently in a defensive quality control role, has joined the Miami staff in a quality control position source tells FootballScoop. Parker spent time with Dan Enos while working on Bret Bielema's staff at Arkansas.
Indianapolis Colts: Klayton Adams, who coached the offensive line at Colorado last season and was hired as the offensive line coach at Wyoming earlier this year, has been named assistant offensive line coach for the Colts. Also, assistant quarterbacks coach Marcus Brady has been elevated to quarterbacks coach.
Mike Stoops: SoonerScoop tweets that when Bob Stoops was asked about the possibility of his brother and former Oklahoma defensive coordinator Mike Stoops joining his XFL staff, he shared: "Mike wants to be in college and his earning potential in the XFL doesn’t match what he can make as a top college coordinator."

Valdosta State (D-II - GA): Sources tell FootballScoop that Lee Stalker has joined the staff as defensive coordinator, and Ryan Allgood has joined the staff as offensive line coach. Stalker spent the past six seasons on staff with Gary Goff at Tiffin (D-II - OH), most recently as defensive coordinator and special teams coordinator. Allgood spent the past two seasons at Tiffin with Goff as well in the same capacity.

Fresno State: Sources tell FootballScoop that linebackers coach Kenwick Thompson has added the run game coordinator title at Fresno State.
Green Bay Packers: The Packers have named Illinois offensive line coach Luke Butkus assistant offensive line coach and Vanderbilt special teams quality control coach Rayna Stewart as their special teams quality control coach.
Yale (FCS - CT): Yale University is seeking applicants for an open position on the defensive side of the ball. This is a full-time, salaried position (40-50k) with benefits. Indianapolis Colts: Howard Mudd, who coached the team's offensive line from 1998-2009 before coming out of retirement and coaching with the Eagles in 2011 and 2012, is coming out of retirement again as a senior offensive assistant for the Colts.
Philadelphia Eagles: Alabama's Joe Pannunzio, who coached the Tide's running backs last season, is leaving for a job with the Eagles, per multiple reports. Back on January 20th we shared a report that Saban was set to hire Mississippi State running backs coach Charles Huff to a similar position on the Tide staff, and this move opens that position. Pannunzio previously served as the director of player operations with the Eagles from 2015-16 before leaving to coach the tight ends and special teams in Tuscaloosa. In 2018, he made the switch to running backs.
Cincinnati Bengals: Among the coaches expected to get interview requests for the defensive coordinator position are former Falcons defensive coordinator Marquand Manuel, Texas A&M defensive coordinator Mike Elko, Florida defensive coordinator Todd Grantham, Saints defensive backs coach Aaron Glenn and Rams defensive backs coach Aubrey Pleasant, Tom Pelissero tweets.
Miami Dolphins: Baylor offensive quality control coach Matt Lombardi is heading to the Dolphins in an offensive quality control role.
Cincinnati Bengals: The organization has announced Brian Callahan (OC), Jim Turner (OL), James Casey (TEs) and Ben Martin (assistant OL).
Baylor: The program has announced that Joey McGuire has added the title of assistant head coach and will move from tight ends to a position on the defensive side of the ball. Director of recruiting Marcus Satterfield, who previously served as Matt Rhule's offensive coordinator during their time together at Temple, is stepping in as tight ends coach, and Mike Siravo will now also coach special teams in addition to linebackers. Also, corners coach Evan Cooper will now have the recruiting coordinator title and receivers coach Frisman Jackson has added the pass game coordinator title.
Fordham (FCS - NY): Joe Conlin has announced the addition of Kevin Decker (OC / QBs), Damiere Shaw (WRs), and Jameson Zacharias (CBs). Decker spent the past three seasons at Brown (FCS - RI), including 2018 as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, Shaw spent the past two seasons in an offensive quality control role at Baylor, and Zacharias spent two seasons at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (D-II) coaching the defensive backs.
Georgia State: Brad Lawing is joining the staff as defensive line coach, a source tells FootballScoop. Lawing has previously coached for Florida State, Florida, South Carolina, Michigan State and North Carolina, among others.
Iowa Central CC (JC): Justice Clegg, the recruiting coordinator and offensive line coach at Graceland (NAIA - IA) is leaving to become the assistant athletic director and offensive line coach at Iowa Central CC, per source.
Richmond (FCS - VA): Rich Huesman has announced the additions of Brandon Lacy (DL), Wesley Satterfield (offensive assistant), and Johnson Richardson (TEs). Lacy spent the past decade on staff at Southeastern Louisiana (FCS), Satterfield was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Austin Peay (FCS - TN) the last three years, and Richardson spent the past seven seasons at Charlotte.
Fitchburg State (D-III - MA): Former WPI (D-III - MA) and Nichols College (D-III - MA) offensive coordinator Dave Kaizer has been named offensive coordinator for the program, per source. HE takes over for Mike Donovan, who left to pursue another opportunity.
Oklahoma Panhandle State (NAIA): Kiefer Price has been hired to coach the offensive line at OPSU, per source. Kiefer was a graduate assistant last season at Jackson State (FCS - MS) where he coached the tight ends and fullbacks and assisted with the offensive line.
Coastal Carolina: Per source, Georgia State defensive line coach Skylor Magee has left the program and will join the staff at Coastal Carolina.
Dom Capers: The former Packers defensive coordinator has declined the opportunity to become the Bengals defensive coordinator & possible landing spots for him include the Miami Dolphins and Jaguars as a senior defensive adviser, Alex Marvez tweets.
Cincinnati Bengals: Texas A&M offensive line coach Jim Turner is joining the Bengals in the same capacity. Additionally, sources confirm to FootballScoop Ben Martin will join the staff as assistant offensive line coach. Martin coached offensive line at Bryant University (FCS - RI) this past season and had accepted the position at Brown (FCS - RI). Martin and Turner both were on staff with Zac Taylor with the Dolphins.
Northern State (D-II - SD): Northern State is accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Football Coach, serving as the offensive coordinator. Primary duties include coaching the quarterbacks and overseeing the entire offense. Position will work closely with the Head Coach in all aspects of the football program and will manage multiple day-to-day operations of program. Position will include, but not limited to: conducting daily offensive meetings, planning and coordinating individual and offensive group practice drills, identifying and diagraming opponents plays, overseeing the academic progress of a number of student-athletes, and scripting and formulating practice plans. Position will have a full-time recruiting area, experience in recruiting on and off-campus is required and will be a major part of the position. Position will oversee an entire offensive staff. Slippery Rock (D-II - PA): Slippery Rock University is seeking a graduate assistant to coach the defensive line. Previous playing experience is required and previous coaching experience is preferred. Case Western Reserve (D-III - OH): Case Western Reserve University has a defensive intern position open. Looking for either a linebackers or defensive backs coach, but will hire the best candidate available. Candidate will be responsible for his own position group and will be responsible for a recruiting area. Position includes a $10,000 stipend. Kansas State: Appalachian State defensive line coach Buddy Wyatt is expected to join the Kansas State staff, per Pete Thamel.
Old Dominion: Old Dominion is currently seeking an On-Campus Recruiting and Athletic Operations Coordinator. This position will report directly to the Senior Associate Athletic Director. Duties include but not limited to: coordination of recruiting related events for football as well as event planning, support, and special projects for tennis, golf, and women’s lacrosse, facilities, and human resources management. This position must be able to work nights and weekends. Some travel is required. Anticipated hiring range is between $30,000 and $35,000. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with training/experience equivalent to an advanced degree. Some experience planning and/or managing events. Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and produce and analyze data. Strong communication skills (written and oral). Knowledge of NCAA rules. Demonstrated public relations skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a FCS or FBS recruiting environment.
