NFL and Hudl announce partnership with some great benefits for high school coaches (partnership)

The NFL and Hudl have announced a new partnership that includes some great benefits for high school coaches.

The release reads, in part:

Hudl and the NFL's partnership will allow the NFL to continue engaging with coaches at the high school level. The sharing of aggregate play and game-level data will provide new insights into the high school football landscape from which the NFL can closely monitor trends, observe player and team-level behaviors and anticipate future changes in style of play and tendencies.

"We are thrilled to be partnering with the NFL in making a better future football at all levels. Football remains the heartbeat of our customer base," said Greg Nelson, Vice President of Competitive Sports at Hudl. "This is our way of saying thank you to the thousands of communities across the country that make Friday nights so special."

Included in the new partnership is one free NFL Game Pass subscription, which brings fans replays of every NFL game of the season as soon as they're done. Also included is access to the archives of every NFL Game from 2009-2019, as well as the ability to view past Hard Knocks and A Football Life episodes.

Perhaps most appealing to coaches will be access to the "All-22 coaches film." Know a lot of guys that will be super happy to get their hands on that, especially with more and more high school and college concepts being adopted by NFL teams the past few seasons.

Below is a letter from NFL Senior Executive Vice President of Football Operations Troy Vincent further explaining the benefits and partnerships.

If you're a program that utilizes Hudl, you should have an email in your inbox on how to take advantage.

Hudl caught some heat in the months leading up to the season with the decision to limit game storage for teams moving forward, (before announcing a bit of a compromise) and this feels like a move geared toward giving coaches more quality content to go along with their Hudl subscription.
