Whether you're the number one team in the state, battling to stay at .500, or looking for your first win of the season, one thing every football team from the NFL to youth sports has in common is we all have players on our team that want more playing time.
Tom Brady is not only the greatest quarterback of all time, but his well documented story, journey, and drive to become that is nothing short of legendary itself.
During a recent interview at the 2023 VAULT conference, Brady opened up on a number of topics, including perspective from the 7-time Super Bowl champion on what his approach was like back when he was new in the league.
Drafted by the Patriots, Brady entered camp getting just two team reps at a time. Meanwhile starter Drew Bledsoe was getting 20 team reps while the backup quarterback at the time was getting about 20.
This is a great perspective to share with your guys from someone who climbed his way from 199th overall pick to the most iconic quarterback to ever take the field.
This entire interview is packed with great insight.
